We went here for a birthday dinner. It was a great choice. I’m not a seafood person so I ordered the Spice Honey Pizza and it was delicious! The rest of the group ordered seafood. They were all happy with their choices. I tasted the parmesan crusted grouper and liked it. We also ordered sushi and had drinks. The bartender was awesome, he invented me a drink (vodka fruit punch) on the spot. The waiter was just as great. He was fast, very friendly, never had us wait for anything, we loved him.
At the end both birthday girls had dessert. One had sweet potato and vanilla cheesecake and the other one had a banana and coconut creme brulee. If you don’t like sweet potatoes don’t get the cheese cake and if you don’t like bananas don’t get the creme brulee. They both were delicious.
Over all, it was a great experience and we’ll be back.

My husband and I loved every thing about this place! The food was amazing. The Parmesan crusted grouper was soooo good! The sushi as well!! Absolutely perfect. But above the atmosphere and food, the service we received was some of the best service I think I’ve ever experienced.. and that was on a busy Friday night !! We’ll definitely be back, and I’m already recommending it to others.

Update Nov 25: Chuck’s is still amazing! They are consistent. I dined here for my birthday because I knew the sevice would not disappoint me and it did not. Also, I picked Chuck’s because I knew the food would be good and based on the time of my reservation with the traffic they were a good option for me. I really wanted a steak, I know you are asking why did you go to a seafood place and get a steak. I was not sure I was going to get a steak but that is what I had a taste for and I am glad I ordered it. The steak was soooo good (it was enough for me to have left overs and even the left overs the next day were good). For an appetizer we ordered the “Red Light District” sushi roll from the secret menu.
For entrees we ordered the parmesan grouper, a margherita pizza, and the steak with mashed potatoes, and asparagus.
Chuck’s Fish was the perfect spot for my birthday celebration. ***Also, I found out while I was there that they have different types of creme brulee that they rotate.
Absolutely phenomenal experience at Chuck’s Fish Clift Farms! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warmth and genuine Southern hospitality. The ambiance was elegant yet inviting, and our server, Taylor, was incredible so attentive, knowledgeable, and kind.
We started with the seafood gumbo and spicy shrimp sushi roll both were packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The sauce is what makes the shrimp sushi roll spicy you can opt for it on the side to control the heat. For dinner, we had the parmesan black grouper, and the grilled redfish with risotto. Every bite was and tasted fresh because it was Chuck’s sources their own fish straight from the Gulf, caught no more than two days before it hits your plate. That kind of freshness is hard to beat!
Yes, the prices are on the higher side, but you can see and taste exactly what you’re paying for quality, freshness, and an elevated dining experience. It was worth every single penny.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience at Chuck’s. We were pleasantly surprised by every single detail — the service, the atmosphere, the staff, and of course the food. We live in Huntsville and don’t go to the Madison area often but decide to try it because we’d heard great things. Now I can assure you we will frequent Madison more often simply because of this restaurant. I cannot recommend enough — date night, girls night, family dinner…you will not be disappointed. Mo, the assistant manager was so generous and kind. He found out it was our anniversary and brought us a complimentary app and dessert. And our waiter, Devin, was a delight. Don’t wait to try it, GO!!

As previously stated below….yet again, Chuck’s was excellent. This time, we got a chance to meet one of the owners, Chris. After raving about how great the experience was yet again, somehow, we mentioned Destin Florida. Only to find out that his mother owns and manages Harbor Dock, which was also one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. Just want to say thank you to Chris and his wonderful mother for these experiences and we’ll definitely be back when she is in town and will definitely pay another visit to Harbor Dock in July when we return to Destin

This was our 1st time dining with Chuck. Walked in and was immediately seated without a wait. Very intimate restaurant with low lighting and soft music.
Noticed immediately that the restaurant had 3 bar areas. Your standard drink serving bar, a sushi bar, and a bar where you can peak into the kitchen and watch the team prepare the food, which will hopefully help you decide what you’re going to have.
We started with the chicken egg roll as an appetizer with a asian chili sauce. Came out quick and pipping hot. The presentation was excellent and tasted great. Dinning experience started off great.
The main course was my lady had the fried shrimp, and I had the Spider and Kenji Rolls. Again, the main course came out shortly after we finished our appetizer. The fresh jumbo shrimp were fried to perfection along with the french fries. The Spider Roll with the soft shell crab with the sea weed wrap on the outside was absolutely amazing. No soy sauce needed…..the Kenji Roll with tuna, avocado topped it all off.
Service and pricing is A1, and the fact that it has recently opened and the experience was amazing says something for Huntsville. If you’ve lived here for a while, then you know new restaurants aren’t very good initially. We have to give them some time to work the kinks out, but not Chuck’s.
We will definitely be back, oh, and they are open until like 11 pm……

Highly recommend Chuck’s to any seafood lover and really to anyone that appreciates nice ambience and friendly service. I don’t live in the area but the restaurant is close to my mom’s house so I gave it a try. I was told that it was good but actually it was fantastic!
The poke nachos are a gem! I was shocked by how fresh and high quality the tuna was. The snapper throats are unreal! And the grouper with risotto was perfectly cooked and amazing. Also tried the sushi and loved it! And I am very picky about my sushi.
I’m in town frequently to visit family and I go to Chuck’s every night that I can. Everyone on staff that I have interacted with has been just lovely. One of the bartenders Robert grows his own mint and rosemary for the mixed drinks and it is stellar! Yea, go to Chuck’s

We sat outside and enjoyed the beautifully decorated patio. The service was impeccable. Every staff member was so kind! This is rare to find. All of the food was excellent! We got the red snapper collar special and the poke nachos. We also ordered off of the secret sushi menu which you have to ask about. Highly recommended Chuck’s fish!

Nice, clean restaurant in the inside. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave great service. I had their Grouper Piccata but swapped the grouper for swordfish. The fish was a little dry (I never had swordfish so not sure if it’s like that usually) and it needed a little more seasoning. The sides that came w/ it were good.
Everything else was good. My table shared several appetizers and ALL were good. The tuna dip, poke nachos, brussel sprouts, & calamari were great.

Great food, great service and great atmosphere. The calamari and spring rolls were so tasty. The Memphis BBQ chicken pizza was more like a 14″ size but it was also delicious. Service was top notch all the way around.
