Well I’ve did Door Dash for 2 and a half years, the service was always slow. Sometimes the orders would say the order was ready, but it was always a 5 minute wait. But as a customer it’s still been the same way, I’ve always give there customer services time to improve, that hasn’t changed.Tonight I was ignored like I wasn’t standing their, on top of all of that they always forget about the extra sauce that we have to pay for. So in short for a year and a half they always do the same thing, the service hasn’t improved. Even an extra tip doesn’t mean anything.

I ordered 44 boneless wings. The 4 flavours were good. The online ordering was very easy. I gave a 3 stars because there was lots of bread coating to chicken…I was full of coating. Also this please is poorly marked and no real signage. It is the back of Chillies and I drove right by and really had to go to google maps to find it.

Order time – 7:04. Estimated pickup time – 7:32. Time we got our wings – 8:24. Nobody in that place had a clue what was going on. How are you waiting on wings to be made but when you get them they are cold? The only silver lining is that if they were at least warm, the sauce and rub weren’t bad flavors. And it was indeed chicken that we ate. No ranch either. Trash.

I ordered from these guys when they first opened. It’s now been almost a year that they’ve been in business and nothing has changed. You would hope that a place that’s supposedly “specializes” in wings would at least get that right. Little to no sauce, wings seemed a bit undercooked and like other reviews surprise surprise they were cold. Top in the fact that the dipping sauce cups (2) were half full and the fries were mushy to the touch. I would be doing the community a disservice if I didn’t tell you to spend your money elsewhere.

Honestly nothing great to say about my first experience, the host at the front had no idea what I was talking about when I mentioned It’s just wings. I had to be seated and waited for a server to ask only to find out it’s takeout only. Placed my order online and the order was ready quickly, making me doubt the quality. Sure enough the food seemed reheated and not freshly made. The ranch was really watery too.

Embarrassingly bad. I struggle to think of worse restaurant wings I’ve ever had. Dry, obviously precooked and reheated. Barely sauced, and the fries, which were not great either, were just dumped on top of the wings and likely soaked up what little sauce there was. And all the bones in them were broken? Very low quality meat/butchering. Wherever they’re sourcing them is obviously the cheapest you can get. The Oreo dessert thing was decent. I’ll give em that.

leaving 1 star because I can’t leave 0. I ordered garlic parm boneless wings through doordash and when I received my food, they didn’t add the garlic parm sauce to my wings. So I only had plain, unseasoned chicken nuggets. I tried to call the restaurant to see if I could come pick up a correct order (yes, I was willing to drive there after having a delivery) but no one answers the phone and it eventually hangs up on you. I would have drove to the store to show them and talk to someone but they said you can not go in, it’s only delivery and curbside pickup.
I would be wary to order from here because if they mess something up (which it sounds like they do a lot) you can not have it fixed.

This is CHILI’S! I was NOT looking for Chili’s, I was looking for a unique and authentic local wings experience. This is shady and deceiving was to get people to drive to your location and then realize that it’s a chain restaurant and not something unique. 1/10

The wings are good for being only a takeout/delivery place. I really enjoy the fact that you are always getting a side of curly fries (and don’t even get me started on the ranch ). Have ordered from here 4 times now and haven’t been disappointed.
