By far the nastiest McDonald’s ive ever been to. We dined in and let me tell you…. All the tables were nasty, I had to wipe one off so we could have a place to eat. I wouldn’t dare touch the touch-screen machine to order my food due to all the nasty finger prints or whatever was on them, so I ordered from the lady at the counter. The food was horrible. Both my husband and my fry were cold and old/nasty tasting. My chicken nuggets were cold and my husband’s burger was lukewarm. I have been to many McDonald’s due to traveling. This one by far takes the cake when it comes to being nasty and the food disgusting. I will never return to this location and I will be sure to warn others.

Usually a pretty good experience minus MINOR flaws. But today, they crossed the line. I ordered on the app. The window lady asked to see the receipt. She read the receipt and looked in the bag and still proceeded to give me a 20 piece and medium fry but I ordered the 4 for 5 and the triple cheese meal. I go inside. Another lady turned in her order that was wrong. The order I returned was given to someone at the window without throwing it away. I was given one of the sandwiches the other lady returned. It was still wrong. I asked to just add me cheese n tomato. They asked do my receipt say it, after theyve seen my receipt 4 times already. I asked for a fresh sandwich since the lady returned the one they gave me. They gave it back to me anyway and started laughing. Everybodys bags were being switched between different customers. I have never experienced this and it was terrible and disgusting and unprofessional. The lady asked for a toy for her kids happy meal and the response was “you need a toy”. As if it’s not supposed to come with one anyway.

I don’t know why my review was taken down, but the people deserve to know that they could be eating bugs within there meals, this is the second time I went up there and not only did I find nats in my drink, but also in my fries I think the call to the health department needs to be done. And that’s what I’m going to do! Like I said this is the second time this has happened!

Can’t really rate the food because I never received it. I don’t normally make reviews but this is the worse experience I have ever had with any restaurant. We ordered a little after 10 for breakfast on 11/22/25 and they had us to go to the 2nd window. We was there for 45 minutes and they eventually gave us a refund so we wasted an hour altogether and they said they could not complete the order. They had such bad communication there they said they accidentally threw our food away twice. I found this out from employees answering the phone when I would call . Such incompetence, it was really an unbelievable experience. Will never be back.

When to mcdonald’s brooklyn arkansas. Did not get all my food. Called and the person on the phone said I did. I told them I didn’t. They hung the phone up on me. And the person that did hang up the phone on me. Would not even come to the front counter. Mcdonald’s has stolen from me. And I did not get the food. And would like to think about legal charges

Typical McDonald’s location that has the same menu you would find at most other McDonald’s. I usually go for breakfast for others and so far it has never been too crowded, my wait hasn’t been too long, and my orders have been correct. There is a drive-thru and app ordering is available. It’s located at a very busy intersection so I’d imagine at times you’re going to have trouble getting in and out of the location.

I did a mobile order while I was heading out of town after 5am pull in seeing a person already in drive thru circle building and both sat at speaker for couple minutes. I got no response from asking hello do pulled forward and the staff just yapping away without a care in the world by this time its 5:08am and I want my food I paid for. Finally get someone to window and they don’t even have my order ready ; they have no headsets on to take orders but managed to get them on when finally get my drink. I’m sorry if you hate your job but if you’re supposed to open at 5am take pride in work not for the company but yourself and do what you are hired to do unlike the other coworker walking around parking lot with a broom just smoking and not anything else. Oh yeah 5:16am I had my breakfast sandwich and was finally on road.

Stopped here today for lunch. This is THE VERY BEST McDonald’s I’ve ever ate at. The lobby was clean. The bathrooms were clean as well. Our food was fast. Manager brought it too us. Our food was fresh and so good. Highly recommend. All McDonald’s take note. They are on point with this one.
