My family stopped in on our way back to West Virginia from a vacation in Norfolk. Decided to give this a try based on their reviews. AMAZING food. GREAT service. I do not know how they keep their prices so low!!! Very reasonable!
Sushi is FRESH and all of their food was top notch. I’ve never had better clear soup at a sushi place and I’ve had a lot! It just shows how much care and attention they put into their food. Will stop again if we are ever back in the area. My wife LOVED her chicken tempura!

Great food with great prices!! I’m not sure how they keep food cost so low but I’m very impressed! I got the chicken and shrimp lunch portion and My husband got the steak- they were huge. It was soo good! I love the dim relaxing atmosphere! This is def one of areas most hidden gems! If you’ve never been, you gotta try it!

I’ve been away from this area for over six years, and was excited to get to my favorite sushi place after moving back. Sake Sushi used to have some interesting and delicious sushi creations back in the day. This visit I couldn’t find my fave recipe and I’ve lost the picture I took of that menu so many years ago. A couple of my other favorites are still there: Black Dragon, White Dragon, and Kimono, which is superb. But I decided to try the Crazy Tuna, a combination of spicy and raw tunas with crunchy bits. It was very good, but not quite the fave recipe I’ve misplaced.
I usually rate an Asian restaurant based on their crab rangoons and Sake Sushi has some good ones. They are crispy on the outside and creamy goodness on the inside. They came hot and ready. My server was very pleasant and attentive, but the furniture and decor looks like it needs some perking up. It was never exciting anyway but I can tell the years have not been good.
Sad to say that on a Friday night this place should have been busier. This is a local gem. While I didn’t order any entrees, I know there are some good cooks at this place.

Sake Sushi has the best rolls in the entire area in my opinion. Very reasonable menu prices. The rolls are always super fresh, the restaurant is always extra clean and great wait staff with excellent customer service. That’s about as good as you can ask for anywhere. I’ve never had anything but an excellent meal here and alway leave satisfied. My #1 go to when I’m in the mood for sushi and other Japanese food.

Ive had it everywhere but this is by far the best general tsoS ive ever had. Couldve gotten any thing and it wouldve been phenomenal. Parker, server was attentive and awesome as well. 11 outa 10

The food is always very fresh but out of the probably 40 orders we have had with them maybe 10 were complete. They always miss something in the order. Prices are great for the portion sizes just always make sure to check your bag before you leave. Owners are very nice .

Sushi is good. The hibachi is absolute trash. Rice was mushy and chicken tested like it came out of a microwave. So so disappointed, we left hungry.

This place is great. It exceeded All my expectations. I figured it was just going to be another run of the mill shopping center Chinese place but it is not. They might have all your classics on there but it’s good it’s really good. Best crab rangoons I’ve ever had in best dumplings I’ve ever had. The sushi is great.
