worst McDonald’s out there and that says alot constantly issues. drive thru was “broke” for over a month with no sign. then when you would drive up to see if they were even open the guy would just be using the window as his eating space. employees can’t take the orders correctly because of the language barrier then give you attitude when you tell them they took the order wrong. then today walk in, stand around for 5 minutes as 3 people in the back just stand there talking like they aren’t on the clock and the old lady stares at the fry machine. the old lady that works night at this restaurant is incompetent and should be fired

Stopped by for breakfast on a Tuesday at 10am on the way to Maine. No lines, staff was friendly and courteous. $18.70 for breakfast for two meals.

Early morning, I was headed to a funeral. Decided to grab something for the trip. As I came to the rest stop, I didn’t really expect much. Didn’t know if the McDonald’s would even be open however, I went in and was greeted by associate who I realize later was supervisor Ryan. His service and politeness really impressed me. Service was top notch. I’ve been to many McDonald’s, but this is probably one of the best McDonald’s as for service.

Restaurant is clean and not any more price inflated than other service plazas. Employees are baffling slow-moving during a lunch rush. The number of mistakes the cashier made in understanding our order was also surprising. For instance, we ordered a coffee and she asked “cream and sugar?” but the coffee never made it to the order, bill, or counter. We only ordered 3 meals, all normal, so it wasn’t an issue of complexity. Long, long waits for everyone here.

Waited 15 minutes for a sausage egg and cheese with a hash brown, then was given the wrong order, and when I asked to get my correct order I was called a “cabron”. I proceeded to then have to wait another 15 minutes for it. The poor lady at the front was trying to get the others attention to fix my sandwich but they were too busy yelling at each other. Not cool dudes
