I was so glad to see that there is a Savvy Sliders restaurant in my neighborhood in Detroit. The food is absolutely delicious. I recommend anyone who has a craving for savory food to patronize this restaurant. There are few employees, so it may take a few minutes to get your food, but it is well worth the wait.

Went to Savvy Sliders tonight no cars in drive thru or dining room. There was a sign that said order at the window when we approached no one was there and wait far too long. After honking horn once a lady comes to the window with a grimmacing look on her face opens the window looks at us say nothing and shakes her head. Every other restaurant had business but them and I see why now. They will be closed soon with those practices.

Visited this location while visiting the city. Experience was just ok. Male cashier could have been a bit more friendly. It took too long for our food when literally no one was at the drive thru. When our food finally came, the fries were ice cold. Then, it literally took another 15 minutes to get hot ones. This should not have occurred. Chicken tenders were tasty.

Just had savvy sliders for the first time a week ago and I’ve already went back once. I love the boomin chicken and rye ribeye steakhouse was pretty good as well. The staff is excellent, very nice and my food was put together well

The employee was working alone and was doing his best with a great personality. I appreciated his patience and service. Would absolutely go back. I couldn’t comment on the atmosphere because I used the drive thru.

UPDATE.. So previously I gave the place one star but the real owners made it their business to reach out to me and get things in order. Thank you Mr and Mrs. B for clarifying you are the actual owners and for my two free meals. The place is black owned and right in the neighborhood and I love me some savvy. They took great care of me and I will be back soon. It’s unfortunate one bad worker can mess up the flow of things.

If you’re use to the Savvy in Southfield this one is a huge step down. The employees were amazing. I was charged money to use the app on already overpriced food. I ordered cheese curds instead of fries I had a very small portion in comparison to the other locations. There is no ice, no ice cream tea or lemonade. Very disappointed especially with so many cheaper options near by.

My family and I are huge Savvy lovers. I wanted to support this one in the neighborhood since I pass it almost daily but I think this will be our first and last at this one. The cashier seemed annoyed when I asked my child if he wanted a drink when she asked me if I wanted one….”IS THAT A YES OR NO” she shouted. There was nobody in line behind me and only one car at the window so it’s not like it was a huge rush needed. Our fries seemed old for all 3 orders and we barely had any fries. At least the tenders were good. EDIT: After writing this review I ate my other two tenders and they were under cooked. I couldn’t even finish my food. The gentleman who passed me my food was courteous at least. Disappointed. Spent $41 and not satisfied.
