Used the mobile order app which was easy to use and easy to customize my food order. Price is very reasonable for high-quality ingredients. Some say the price of seem a tad high- but no -lots of food for the money and very high quality and more healthy ingredients that most other fast food joints. The carne asada was very flavorful and tender. Portion was quite generous. Definitely will be a regular visitor.

They never have proteins, salsa, or roasted veggies prepped ready to go. Why do I need to wait 5-10 minutes for a basic menutized item to be prepared?
Portions vary by shift an workers. There is no conformity to training it seems. When made mention of this staff gets hostile. Or just doing care.

The local burrito food carts are much better and cheaper!
Very expensive for what it is. On top of that, we were apparently overcharged by $4.
Very hectic, loud and unpleasant atmosphere. We asked questions but didn’t get much help and very hard to understand them through all the noise of employees talking over each other.
I don’t see myself come back here.
We had high hopes for this place but it’s quite disappointing (like the picture I took of the food).

this location needs HELP. The food never looks fresh… the beans and meat especially… 90% of the chicken pieces in my bowl were huge pieces of fatty chicken. absolutely the worst location i’ve ever been to… the crew looks absolutely lost and disorganized in so many ways.

1/5 Stars – Disappointing Experience Right at Opening
Visited Chipotle shortly after they opened and was really let down by the protein options. Both the carne asada and another meat (I think barbacoa) were down to the absolute bottom of the pans. What was left was an embarrassingly small portion that looked dry, mushy, and clearly carried over from the previous day—definitely not fresh.
When I pointed it out to the employee, she casually replied, “That’s how we do it when we first open,” which felt like they were admitting to serving yesterday’s leftovers instead of prepping fresh batches for the day. My wife went with the asada anyway and regretted it; it was tough, dried out, and lacked any real flavor.
I love Chipotle when everything is fresh, but starting the day with old, scraped-from-the-bottom meat is unacceptable—especially when you’re charging full price. Hopefully this was just an off day, but I’d strongly recommend skipping the proteins right at opening until they change this practice. Super disappointing.

5:30pm, they should be fully stocked for the dinner rush. I live in the area and frequently try to get food from this chipotle— however— they are ALWAYS out of several ingredients. Every. Single. Time. I don’t know why I keep trying but I guess I keep expecting them to get it together since their opening a year ago. I don’t think they have ever had the sautéed veggies available for the vegetarian option. Meat options are usually limited. Even salad dressing is not available majority of the time. Sometimes it’s guac. Sometimes it’s cheese. Sometimes it’s salsa. Or rice. Or beans. Or all the above.. which is usually when I walk out and go somewhere else. I originally gave them 2 stars but I’m changing that to 1 star after coming on a Saturday at 5:45pm and they are still out of several items. What is the point of having a restaurant if you can’t stock it for mealtime let alone other random times during the day that people stop by??
