This taco bell is meh. We’ve been here a couple of times and both times our order has been wrong. The one really big complaint I have is that the drinks, they are terrible. They are super weak and disappointing. Food is made very lazily, my wife received the most lame crunchwrap, it was basicly a tortilla and the round taco in the middle. Barely any toppings, and I’m not expecting it bursting full of toppings. It was very thin though. Would not recommend coming here until they get their drink and portions corrected. Especially for what we’ve all been paying for fast food lately, and of all things, taco bell! They always used to be the go to for affordable fast food. Not anymore.

We ordered 5 cheesy melt steak burritos and they were fine but they would have been better if they included the avocado ranch we paid and asked for. Also they were much smaller than usual which was upsetting.

Went through the drive through for a cheese rollup… this was what was provided.. went back through and the “manager” is at the window. I told her that the cheese wasn’t melted and was all shoved on one side. She was very defensive and said “well you can always ask for them to be dbl steamed but that is the correct portion”….. I was so confused by the obvious lack of acknowledgement that they made a mistake…. why are you defending something your restaurant did wrong? Just say sorry and replace it… tell your staff there to do better.. I will drive the extra mile and go to the other one from now on… this clearly explains the bad reviews for this location.. senior management needs to jump in and retrain their staff and managers.

Shockingly good. Food was actually hot (it burned my mouth!). The burrito I asked to be toasted was properly toasted, not just stuck in the press for 2 seconds. Family’s food was great. Staff was friendly. Very unusual for a Taco Bell, to be honest.

I have rated 1 mainly for the lack of vegetarian options for Taco Bell in general. They removed a good amount of vegetarian options from the menu.
Secondly, the overall quality for the price is really getting ridiculous. The amount of cheese in a cheese quesadilla was really bad especially the price they charge for it 5.79.. thats plain day robbery. I think I am going to skip Taco Bell from here on now.

Ordered a cheese roll up with steak. It was last nights steak they couldn’t been be bother to heat up before serving. It was cold and the “liquid” was still congealed. When they heated up the cheese roll with the still gelatinous steak on it, the cheese wasn’t even melted. Just tell me the steak isn’t ready.
I’ll drive two miles down the road to the good taco bell that at least will warm up last nights meat all the way before serving. I got $7 worth of inedible steak gloop.

I’ve tried this garbage location multiple times, and they consistently made the order wrong. The crew is terrible. additional to this, I saw them bringing hot ground beef in a plastic bags And pour in it to be served and everybody wonder where is the cancer coming from. from this bad practices.

They didn’t have nacho cheese and I ordered online a Mexican pizza with a bunch of add ons. One being nacho cheese. They said they were subbing cheddar. I asked if they would hook it up since the cheddar is only an 80 cents add on and nacho cheese is 1.00$ add on. They said no not unless it says extra. Robbed me of my 20 cents. Might sound petty but your prices are already higher than most of the other Taco Bell’s near by so I wasn’t very happy. Won’t be back. Rather eat ghosts tacos anyways for the same price.

I came through the drive thru, ordered the new cantina crispy chicken taco, with avacado ranch instead of the normal sauce.
They have me the correct sauce but the wrong meat. They made it with beef. I’m just confused how you mess up the meat when it’s in the name?. Accidents happen I guess. But I don’t have time to turn around for the correct item.
