There are metal pieces inside the pizza and chicken. I have contacted them and was told for refund but with no confirmation of time. The second time I called a rude manager picked up and they are just repeating the same stuff but worse. So I hope the worst for that individual.

They lie to customers!! Received cold food and when i called i was told by a manger that the amount would be credited to the account!!! When I called in somehow I only have a $10 credit to my account When speaking to the previous manger I told we can bring the food back in but was told that was ok! Fast forward to tonight I called and only have $10 to use!!! LIES ON TOP OF LIES!!! Delon has no freakin concerns about cold food, upset customers, etc!!

Only reason I gave food a 4 star, is because I got regular crust, instead of the thin and crispy that I would have preferred. But that could have been my fault, maybe I just forgot to say my preference. Other than that, the experience here, was great! I would go back, for sure.

Place an order online. Called right after to cancel because my husband actually ordered pizza too. I was told it was canceled. 15min later that $55 pizza order was delivered. We declined it because it was supposed to be canceled. When I called the location, they said it was a mistake and will refund. I’m still waiting, 3 says later. They are clueless and systems are apparently not allowing refunds/cancelations. Spoke with corporate and still nothing. Guess I have to reach out to my bank for my refund

First time to buy in this store and the experience is just horrible. First, according to the lady on the Phone, the delivery will take 1.5 hours before it reaches our home which is literally 5 minutes from where I live. Since i opted to pick the pizza up, she said the pizza will be ready in 20 minutes. Aftter 20 minutes, i came and there’s not even a single person in the store and don’t see them busy at all. What really pisses me off is that the lady who took my order and did not enter into the system. The person whom i spoke regarding my order was not even apologetic for not seeing my order. However, after a few minutes of searching, my order was booked at 2:15 PM instead of 12:15 PM. The name entered was wrong and zero sense of customer service. If i am the franchisee, i will fire these people. These people will either make or break the business. It is not worth doing business with this store. Love the pizza, not the people managing this store.

Knew this place was here for years. Been here once in a while cause I could trust the service. Not sure about this time tho. The staff was very sketchy about pizza prices. Staff told me about this deal on new years eve about getting two pizzas for $11.99, with two toppings. I thought that was amazing and decided to go for it. I give him my toppings and I wanted it and the total comes out to $31.99. When I questioned him about the massive price jump he tried to confuse me about how my toppings and how I wanted thin crust warranted these massive price jumps. Then going on about how the pizzas were actually $11.99 “each”. Not two for $11.99. I woulda just said no and left, but my family reaaally wanted PizzaHut so I allowed myself to be played and scam me.
