ordered a pizza and buffalo wings last night after about a year of not ordering from this place, and unfortunately, it was disappointing. The wings were dry with barely any sauce, and the pizza tasted pretty basic—more like something from Costco than a pizzeria. It feels like management or ownership may have changed since my last visit because the quality just isn’t the same.

I thought the service from restaurant side of it was great! However, ultimately I gave this place a 1 star because the black bartender woman was super rude and disrespectful! I was FaceTiming friend from other side of world and bar was about to close. She came over and mentioned she was about to close bar and needed me to pay tab, which I was glad to do so and wasn’t in anyway disrespectful. I politely said “give me a minute” which translates to give me a minute let me get my wallet and walk over and pay. She responded “No I don’t have a minute!!! in a disgusting manner. It was disrespectful and left a bad taste in my mouth to never want to go back again!! The rest of staff was super friendly but she just ruined it for me. Never going back again!

This place in Novato is the best!!! Everything under one roof, bar, pizza and salad. They are best at their game. Very friendly staff always feel welcomed. Weekdays best for working people to just go grab their buffet ready to eat pizza and salad) and save your lunch time. Their salad is super fresh and a-lot of varieties just in salad. Their vegetarian pizza with pesto sauce is the best you gotta try. Always number one restaurant i love to visit. Make sure you do visit this place once yourself.

Sharing an experience my boyfriend just encountered today with the older lady behind the bar. No only was she being rude, but went out her way to threaten my boyfriend to bring on the manger due to a receipt dispute, as he was over charged. To add to her rudely manner, she was beyond sarcastic and totally inappropriate.

We went as a group of 4 to enjoy a tasty pizza before we went to a concert in the city. Pizza was positively yummy, hot, and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. We decided to eat in the bar because (IDK) the ambience just felt good in there. I think it could be a somewhat better experience with music, but I’d certainly go again and recommend to friends!

I want to contribute to my local businesses saw the all you can eat salad bar and pizza at Mountain Mikes and thought wow for 9.99 great deal and would enjoy spending my money there. Boy was I wrong what a disappointment to my surprise all you could eat pizza was two medium pizzas one pepperoni and the other cheese most of the pepperoni pizzi was gone leaving only cheese. I then went to get my salad and to my shock there was flakes of salad left I scraped up what I could to at least have my salad when I mentioned to the employee they need more salad he just looked at me and said yes. I ate my meal hoping to see another pizza come out never did. 20 minutes later the employee brought out more lettuce wow. So sad I really wanted it to be a gem but it turned out to be a rock..☹️

This place is great! Their pizza isn’t greasy at all and all the vegetables seem fresh and comes out of the oven perfectly hot with the bubbling cheese. I would say because my family chose so many toppings the pizza was not as crispy as I like. But again that’s probably it own fault. The date was friendly enough. We got take out so I can’t speak to table service but everyone seemed pleasant.
