Subway used to be a staple in Mt childhood & was literally lunch or dinner multiple times a week but not I find it hard to go to anymore due to some stores not having all the ingredients & the fact that the prices are outrageous now and they always seem to be understaffed! They’re was nothing that EVEN compared to the $5 Footlongs from back in the day either & now you can get a 6″ meal for just under $10! It’s crazy how the world has changed! I still enjoy Subway maybe a few times a year but nothing like it used to be! This particular stop was just fine & the worker was great but other stores struggle for sure!

Very gross facility. Incredibly dirty and concerning, the bathroom was disgusting and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The glass with the sandwich artists was gross as well. The poor guy working was working alone too and was sweating like crazy and it was dripping everywhere. The lettuce was brown too which made the whole experience gross. I wish I had taken photos.
If a food inspector came by this would be a big deal.

I got a monster, the sandwich was burnt dry and I asked for extra ranch two times and got ignored. Pore pore service. Will not go back disgusting tast and small after opening my sandwich paper.

And to all alittle more I was a manager at two subways in north port. This store needs to be shut down.

This is a review for the 1777 Tamiami Trail sub store if it wasn’t for Kirk at this store the store would fall apart. He is a phenomenal employee who is attentive to his customers and knows how to provide outstanding customer service this subway or any subway store would be lucky to have this young manworking for them. And the food is good also.

Every time we come in here we order ahead of time. And every time, we have to wait longer for them to be made even after the website says they’re ready. Only one person working during dinner is absolutely terrible

Very helpful customer service the dude Tee cool helpful with what’s new and what’s a good choice etc. The short older women terrible just threw my food together attitude sucked. I always drive away when I see her through the window i say nope not today. Other than her the other crew members are pretty cool

First off no one was around, we almost went around the counter to make our own subs. She comes out of the bathroom with an attitude. Totally un-friendly and didn’t want to be there at all and you can tell. Next, I ordered a steak and cheese sub that is hot and she never heated/toasted it!!! I have to bake it now at home. I haven’t even tasted it and I am already upset. I hope management takes notice. I went on thursday July 17th around 7pm.

I went in and asked for a steak and cheese protein bowl. As you can see, the bowl was not even filled. She gave me less than one scoop of lettuce, then when I asked for more she refused. She also gave me exactly 4 jalapeños. This is not a proper portion, I have been to many many subways and she decided to give me less than normal portions for no reason. I was very nice and quiet, there was no reason to be unnecessarily rude. I am Latina but I look and sound (accent) white so she may have been discriminatory because I look white? The lady working there was called Daisy or Dairy? Possibly even be the supervisor Denise? She made it hard to read the name tag on her hat, she probably gives poor customer service often and did not want to make it easy to read. As soon as I moved away she chatted happily in spanish with a friend sitting in a table. This occurred on 3/27/2021 around 2:57pm.
They do not care about proper customer service here. Just order, be content with less than normal portions and rude service, and get out.
