We always order delivery, using either the mobile app or the website. The food is delicious and I have never had an issue with the employees.
I have, however, run into the issue of the mobile app saying “my order could not be processed” and to try again, never try again without checking your bank account! I did call and the gentleman that answered seemed extremely busy, but he did not give me an attitude, and told me he did receive my order.
For those of you stating you’ve dealt with rudeness from the employees… Did you stop to think about the fact that this Domino’s location has been short staffed for years? Or the fact that sometimes they have ONE delivery driver and TWO people prepping the orders? Try having some compassion and show these people some kindness and understanding.

Very good pizza and service. Very friendly people here even while they were very busy. Only issue I have is that the app stated my pizza was completed and I had to wait an extra 5 to 10 minutes other than that very good!

If you order delivery, they’ll mark it “on the way” but if you check driver tracker you get to see the driver sit in the parking lot for a half hour before even starting to leave. This has been happening for months, no other location close. Not worth the money. Drivers being rude is a cherry on top

Awesome rewards program on the app, here’s a little secret, you get 10oints for every order of 5 dollars or more, so if you are ordering multiple things you can make it in multiple orders and get way more points that way. Went there yesterday to pick up food I had ordered online. There was one car in front of me at the drive thru line. When it was my turn at the window the male employee would not come to the window. After a few minutes of waiting I went inside to ask why he wouldn’t come to the window. He stated he was busy. I then asked if he had any intention of coming to the window to hand the food to me and he said no. He said I needed to understand that he was busy making pizzas. Make this make sense. He still had to hands me my order once I got inside. This was not the first time this has happened here. Worst service I’ve ever received from a dominos.

Wish I could give Zero. They will mark your order delivered while you’re standing on your porch and it will show up 5-20 mins later with a rude young man “handing it” over and with the utmost attitude.
We waited months before giving another chance, and they did the exact same thing. Terrible business, and they will do nothing but make excuses for why when called. Will not be telling anyone to use this location

So at the Franklin location, as you are ordering, they start making it so if you want to adjust your order before you pay, you’re not allowed to. And then if you call them (2min after ordering) and say hey I wanted to add this to it but it wouldn’t let me the employee actually Will tell you no. I started making it before you were done ordering ’cause it pops up on our screen, but that’s OK cause it’s already on its way. When it is in fact not what you want and it’s too late to fix it even though it’s 3 minutes after you order by the time they answer. So then the person you’re speaking to hands the phone off without saying anything And then the supposed manager tells you, no, it’s fine, it’s on its way if there’s a problem call back (even though it is a problem cause it’s not what you wanted) so it doesn’t matter what you want and what you’re paying for at this location.

Ordered thin, the 16.99 deal and it was burnt alll around the pizza making the whole thing taste gross. It was so over cooked that it just broke apart like a piece of crust.. Awful
Totally unacceptable.
