Eagan deserves to have an ice cream shop and this one fits the bill. A bit pricey but such a great treat. Their hours are very accommodating especially if you want a late night treat. This is the only treat residents can get on the north side of Eagan. Super grateful Cold Stone has been in this location for many years. Have never been disappointed. Fun experience.

They went above & beyond for us. I ordered a personalized birthday cake for my daughter & mistakenly put the wrong pick up date. They went out of their way to ensure I had a personalized cake in time for her party. They do lots of different designs & even photo cakes. You can pick a lot of different options for how you want the cake to be. The one we ordered turned out amazing!!

I placed a large order for a family gathering. I placed the order online via the app a week or so ahead of time. The app is very descriptive and utilizes pictures. There are build your own and party options too! The gentleman at the counter checked my bags with me to ensure everything was correct and was friendly. I tried the Coffee Toffee crunch cake and it was delicious. The ice cream sandwiches went over very well with everyone ^.^

Very nice place! The ice cream was delicious, the staff were great, and everything looked nice and clean! We were trying to go the one in the Mall of America, but after waiting half an hour for parking there and not getting any, this was a much more laid-back experience! There’s a good-sized parking lot out front and the strip mall didn’t seem too busy.

The ice cream here tastes great and is fully loaded. They filled my cup nicely. The smallest size was $6 which is over priced. I don’t think I’ll be back.
