We ordered the Spicy Paneer Pizza expecting it to actually be spicy, but it turned out to be very sweet instead. My wife called the store to ask about it, and while we understand that recipes can vary, the employee Ashish, she spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. He made inappropriate stereotypical remarks (you should have ordered the pizza Indian style, because these pizza is for white people), kept interrupting her, and even laughed while she was explaining her concern.
This is disappointing -not only because the pizza was misleadingly sweet for something called “spicy,” but also because of how poorly the issue was handled. We submitted a complaint to the company which takes them 5 business days to respond. It has been past that and haven’t heard a word from the company. Red Swan needs to review both the pizza sauce recipe and the store’s customer service standards.

Had the all dressed pizza once and I had to order it again. Great tasting pizza and you can not beat their 3 medium pizza deal!
Would highly recommend people give it a try and your more than likely to get hooked like me and my wife!

My biggest complaint with this chain is that there is never enough sesame seeds on the crust, no matter where you order from. Big disappointment. If you’re gonna advertise different crust, at least make it notable across locations.
My other complaint is not enough MEAT. I ordered a medium “beef taco” and it was LOADED with veggies but could barely taste anything else. It’s great to have lots of crisp veggies but I wanted meat and it just tasted like a vegetarian pizza.
That being said, size for price was great-ish and the cookies n’ cream cake was awesome and customer service was friendly. I don’t know if I’ll be back but if I will it’ll include modifications

When this place first opened up I thought the pizza quality was one of the best around but have noticed probably the last 4 or 5 times we have gotten from them, the pizzas are all overdone and if you didn’t have the boxes marked with what was inside, it wouldn’t be easy to tell from looking at them as they all just show a dark brown finish. They also taste less appealing then before and honestly I don’t know what changed other than I know one of the owners moved away, but maybe they are in the oven too long or too hot now and possibly switched to lower quality toppings.

Great experience, pizza tasted amazing and i will love to try the pizza again. Pizza had good amount of toppings and price was also justified. Options to choose from, were so many. I would recommend the pizza store to everyone. They have something for everyone. Added to that, staff here now is very friendly and helpful. They focus on what you actually want.
