1. Took over 2 hours to get a delivery. Everytime I called they said it’s ok it’s way. No apologies. No credit given for the inconvenience. 2. The marinara was rancid. Never again will I order from this dumpster of a pizza joint. They are the triple crown of horrible pizza joints. 1. Horrible Service 2. Lateness is their middle name. 3. Using expired ingredients. I’ve made put in a report to the Collin County Health Dept due to using rancid ingredients. Order pizza from here if you want to loose weight as youll get sick as a dog a few minutes after first bite.

I wish I would’ve checked the reviews before ordering from this store. I doubt there’s any leadership or quality control at this location. I ordered a pizza with quite a few toppings..but an HOUR LATER I was delivered a CHEESE pizza….A plain ol’ lukewarm cheeeese pizza. No offense to cheese pizza lovers – but I don’t want that crap especially after being charged a lot extra for EACH additional topping. I imagine they did this because they were closing soon and couldn’t bother with the extra effort to sprinkle on some toppings. I double checked to make sure I wasn’t given somebody else’s order.. And I wasn’t. I was given the correct order cooked and delivered (grossly) incorrectly.
I highly recommend that folks AVOID ordering pizza from this location. Hell, I’d rather go to Little Caesars. At least they’ll give me what I order, and they’ll do so happily.

The manager’s attitude was terrible, and it clearly reflects how this place is run. There’s zero accountability, and the staff act like they can do whatever they want without consequences. They messed up my order and blamed being “too busy” instead of fixing it. When I asked for the manager’s name, he hung up instead of taking responsibility — and then refused to answer my calls afterward. That’s not customer service; that’s poor management and cowardly behavior. I won’t be ordering from here again. Sad little man.

Every time I’ve ordered a pizza from this, Papa John’s, it has been incorrect. I placed orders to be delivered at a specific time and the last three times that I’ve ordered the pizza has shown up an hour late and it was cold. I highly recommend using any other pizza place than this one.

If I could I would give a zero star rating. I ordered pizza for my partner and I and we ended up having left overs. The next day we found what looked like a whole wad of beard hairs cooked into our pizza. Disgusting. I then tried to reach out the store and attempted calling multiple times only to find out Papa Johns out sources their calls now and could not get in touch with a manager. Would not recommend. Ever.

Great pizza and especially best garlic sticks in the town by Papa johns. We have ordered multiple.time from this location and every time we get our order on time.
Now let’s talk about pizza. We always order alfredo pizza and garlic sticks and it seems we are addicted to Papa John’s pizza. Their pizza base is quiet crunchy and soft inside and same goes for garlic bread. Pickle with pizza is just add a icing on the cake

The pizza was not good. Dough soggy, minimal topping. Frozen pizza would have been better. I remember Papa John’s as being one of the better chains. They need to do better.

There is a serious Leadership/Mgmt issue at this location. Lies about when Food is going out, and did so multiple times on one order. Then, when the order finally did go out, it took 22 minutes for the food to come less than 3.5 miles after 9:30 p.m. When speaking to the on duty Mgr., he tried to lie about the time line.
When we got our food:
• Food was ice cold!
• Horrible Service,
Ice cold food delivered and management who can’t take ownership of poor performance. In fact, when I called today – manager would not even come to the phone.
I did not even eat any of the delivered order. Went out to a breakfast chain restaurant instead.
Papa John’s Regional office needs to execute a Mgmt change at this store immediately.
