Pros: They followed my order intructions & the lettuce was fresh..also, the shrimp & steak were pretty good, as in flavor.
Cons: the lack of being welcomed in the store.
Upon arrival there was a male and female at the front. No customers inside. Lady was about to give me the wrong order. She was slicing up the steak, which is fine, but I also noticed she left a piece uncut on the board. I end up getting 7 small, thinly sliced steak ( see pic ). Which is unfortunate tbh. This was my go to spot when I lived in BPT and I was hoping to get the same service at the front desk and with the food.
Would I come again? More than likely no.. not worth the drive or the money & time I spent to go there.

The atmosphere and service were great, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing. I couldn’t eat the guacamole, had only a few shrimp, and the steak was just thinly shaved slices. I came here because of the glowing reviews, but this is far from authentic Mexican cuisine—it’s more like Chinese food with a twist. The ground beef was questionable, and the wrap wasn’t good either. I walked in hungry and left feeling the same. The presentation was nice, but sadly, the taste didn’t match. Wouldn’t recommend anything

I love Mexican food traditional and Tex-mex so of course I love crunchy tacos but traditional Mexican places don’t make crunchy tacos….so I was excited to see that they had these and they did not disappoint i also got a soft chicken taco that was good but that chili/ground beef is my fav…I ended up getting this for lunch and then going back for dinner for the taco salad with the ground beef chili ….Delicious!!!!

Here’s the $10 nachos that look nothing like the picture posted on their menu. Soggy, bare and gross.
Every item we ordered was extremely small, over priced, gross texture as if it was heated in a microwave and the flavor of everything was bland. I’m pretty easy to please, but this was terrible. We would not have spent $45 if we had known the portion and quality of the food.

My wife and I walk to this place all of the time. I especially like the chicken soft shell tacos. Because the shells are good and sticky (not everyone’s preference, I know), and the ingredients are of high enough quality, and so well-prepared, that they don’t have to over-douse everything in salty sauces to mask the awfulness, the tacos stay together well. They are also reasonably hearty tacos–not thin, not overpacked. In short, this is one of those places that understands that well-wrought simplicity is the best approach for this kind of cuisine–great for a quick, satisfying meal. The service is efficient and kind, too!
