The last 3 times I’ve been the fries have not came out hot and then tonight they attempted to pass off grease soaked fries as freshly fried. And the manager on duty in the evening has an attitude about it any time you bring it up with her as if you’re bothering her. Asked a second time for fresh fries and never got them until after we got our ice cream.

Went here to get plain soft serve ice cream for my girlfriend since she has stomach ulcers and her wisdom teeth were taken out three days ago. The manager on duty, Bethany, refused to serve us a vanilla ice cream cone without the cone, in a cup; she instead insisted on charging us a dollar more for the sundae, insisting that the plastic cup cost more than a cone.
I will never spend money at this location again.

I had the Flamethrower double burger and cheese curds. Both were fantastic! I walked in right as the drive-thru and lobby filled up, but still got my food quickly and everything was correct. The staff was super friendly.

I went through the drive thru, all good there. Got the food, $45 worth and drove all the way home to see 2 of the fries had a whopping 12 fries, little over 1/4 way filled up, 2 were 3/4 filled up, the chilli cheese dog, bun was hard on ends, chilli was cold dry and looked like it had baked under a heat lamp for a hour. It was absolutely not even edible. We had to waste about 75% of lunch that I spent $45 hard earned dollars on. Please step up and do better.

The manager in Van Buren, Ann, is excellent to deal with; she is very knowledgeable about helping me with app issues. Also, the food is always consistently great. Ann recently helped me get my birthday reward when I couldn’t figure it out for myself. She must be nice to work for because the staff is always very cheerful. I have been coming here for several months and have noticed the restaurant and restrooms are always very clean.
