Our first time here, and the food did not disappoint! There are lots of menu options. Bobba tea drinks were half off today. Very friendly staff. We started off with crab ragoons. They were delicious and hot. My friend ordered the orange chicken plate, which came with a yummy broth. I went with the Kham Poon soup that has red coconut curry with chicken and baby quail eggs. It was so good!! There are lots of Pho options, too. I am looking forward to future visits. Of course, we had to do a bobba tea!
The only opportunities that got my attention were to keep the tables stocked with utensils if that is where the customer is to retrieve them. Watch for cleanliness of the floor under booth tables and in the booth cushions. Also, handprint smudges on the insides of windows. It makes it feel a little unkempt.
1/24/25 second visit as we wanted some hot soup on this chilly day. We were pleased to find out that they now have a $10 menu where the portions are just a bit smaller. This includes Pho, pad Thai, drunken noodles, and chow mein. It was a great deal. The service was friendly and the food was great once again. Oh, and their meatballs for the Pho are so tender! I’ve had others in the past, and they were rubbery. Not these..so good!

I had things to do out in this neighborhood and had to try this place out. I had the P1 Special Pho with a side of A2 Pork and Shrimp spring rolls and a Strawberry Fruit Boba Tea with rainbow jelly. The broth tasted pretty good. It was rich in flavor. The noodles were soft, There was a lot of tendon, meat and meatballs that tasted good. And the condiments for the pho were fresh. The spring rolls had good flavors and tasted fresh, Peanut sauce dip that came with salad rolls tasted good too. The way that it was wrapped does need some improvements to be wrapped tighter, because it kinda fell apart after the first bite. The Strawberry Boba with rainbow jelly, tasted really sweet and the rainbow jelly was good…I would recommend trying this place out, I saw that they do have other foods that look good, will have to try out the next time.

Decided to try this new place in our neighborhood of North Portland. We tried the Vietnamese rice plate. The chicken was a little on the dry side with not much flavor. We also had the Vegan Pho which was very flavorful. We tried the vegetable and pork egg rolls, the seaweed rolls and the spring rolls. They all were very delicious. The Thai milk tea with boba also was very good. The staff and owners are very friendly. The owner personally came to our table and made sure we were enjoying our food. We will definitely be back.

This place is my lil sisters favorite spot and my mom as well. I enjoyed the food but the chicken was a tad to salty in the salad dish. The meat was a little chewy in the pho as well but the broth was delicious I made mine spicier with chili oil and Sriracha (the chili oil had more flavour than spice, which is even better).
I will not give a lower rating as service is always important and everytime I have came here the service is awesome. These notes on the food are just constructive advice.
Thank you guys for being your delicious food to the neighborhood!!!

There are many Pho restaurants here in Portland but not too many of them are the best. This Sassy Souk’s restaurant has one of the best pho recipe. Their recipe are truly traditional… The environment are super clean and welcoming. Their boba are bomb too… My only suggestion is get a blender and make some smoothie boba! The price are super reasonable! Will I go there again? Definitely! A++++

Went here for the first time today, everything was 50% to celebrate their four year anniversary! Food came out fast, this is the best pho I’ve ever gotten! My partner got the chicken banh mi and he gave it a 10/10. We also got tarot and honeydew boba, despite the restaurant being packed the service wasn’t rushed. I will definitely be back again. We got the crab rangoons chicken wings p4

Good location with street parking. Online ordering process was easy. Staff is nice. Unfortunately the Pho was lackluster with an underwhelming flavorless broth. Good amount of noodles though. The fried pieces weren’t edible. Basically hard rocks. They didn’t soften much in the broth either. The spring rolls however, were good.

Came here for a lunch with a friend and was pleasantly surprised at the food here. I ordered the Lao style pho – P8 – brisket, meatball, and steak. I’m not sure if I can tell distinctly the difference in style, but one thing was for sure – it was pretty tasty and did its job satisfying my cravings. The people working here were super friendly.

I had a really bad experience here where my food was not made the way I ordered it. I tried to call back to address this, and they didn’t answer. It seemed as though they realized their mistake, and didn’t want to answer the phone, because it was within 5 minutes of picking up the food. I had to throw away the food because I don’t eat eggs. This was after asking if they could make it with no eggs .

Had the rice plate with chicken. Flavor was spot on, fried spring roll was delicious and the soup was excellent. The chicken was massively overcooked and very dry however. I feel like that was a fluke and definitely want to try some more things. Vanilla milkshake was a fun addition to the meal too. Very nice people as well.
edit 6/9/22 I’ve been back several times. I haven’t tried the chicken again, but the beef pho and the bahn mi have been delicious. The spring rolls and wings are a solid choice as well. The staff continues to be wonderful. Upped to 5 stars no problem.
