Saw the reviews and gave it a try anyway. Ordered a plate and only received half the order. Believe the reviews and try a different location. Seems like they should’ve waited to open. Rice was dry seemed like it’s a few days old.

The food is absolutely bland and basic. There is nothing special about Panda Express, and they deceive you with their pricing. We paid way more than expected; whereas, NO WHERE ON THE MENUS does Panda Express advise their customers of the up-charges for different items. Nor does the employees advise the customers of the extra charges. Panda Express only puts prices on their menus, “starts at*”, and then they ring you up at the end with all the up-charges, but does not advertise anywhere of these extra fees for specific items. Panda Express will attempt to distract you by documenting all of the calories for each of their items, yet fail to advertise their extra fees. How in the world have they gotten away with this for so long??? Panda Express is greedy, unprofessional, and has unethical businesss practices. We will never waste our time or money at Panda Express again.

Don’t go to this location if you you have a 30 minute lunch break. Sat in the drive through for 25 minutes and just left. The sad part is there was only 3 cars ahead of us when we pulled in.

This new Panda Express was good overall. The inside is super clean and spacious, and the crew was nice as well. I gave 4 stars because of the portions. I ordered the chicken bowl and the portion wasn’t even halfway in the bowl, as if they were feeding a kid. Other than that, the food was tasty.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes with absolutely no acknowledgement of my being there. 4 cars behind me and they didn’t notice any of us. Drove to the window in case they were having speaker issues and was ignored there too. Promptly left and went elsewhere to spend my money. I know it’s a new location but get it together please. If you were busy they could have at least acknowledged me and advised of the wait. Poor customer service. I will just go to the one in Mount Dora from here on out, at least they say hi when you pull in.
