I recently visited Charleys Cheesesteaks and was assisted by Jasmine at the register. Jasmine provided outstanding customer service throughout my visit. She greeted me with a warm smile and was very patient while I decided on my order. Jasmine answered all my questions about the menu and made helpful recommendations, which I really appreciated.
She handled my transaction quickly and efficiently, ensuring that everything was correct. Jasmine also checked in to make sure I had everything I needed before I left the counter. Her friendly attitude and professionalism made my experience enjoyable, and she truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.

Son and I ordered 10 piece wings and fries. First the i ⅕ for the special, and it just didn’t make to get everything separated instead of a combo.meal. manager was rude as I was asking her to explain why the price changed. And I paid more for the 2 items instead of making mine as a combo. Then got the food and wings were so salty. My son usually don’t complain, but he said go ahead and do a review on this food. So he was eating his food and said the ranch made it better. I decided not to eat mine he went back in and another customer was saying the same thing. I THINK THEY NEED TO CHANGE THERE PRICE AND STOP OVER CHARGING CUSTOMERS AND ALSO TRAIN YOUR MANAGERS TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. DOES NOT LOOK GOOD AT ALL CHARLEYS. REPEAT CUSTOMERS MAKE THE BUSINESS LAST. HAVE A BLESSED DAY PEOPLE.

Bad location it’s a Hispanic chick in there name Mia Cano who works the register she has a badddd attitude and very rude. Don’t comprehend English and don’t need to be working customer service. God was really with me that day because she wasn’t worth it. Don’t let her make your food. She’s nasty too she was sitting down eating her own food then just walks to register don’t even wash her hands.

I really like this location but I had a very bad experience tonight. The young girl at the register was EXTREMELY RUDE. My order was wrong so I had to drive 30 min back to get my order fixed. She wanted to charge me for what I already paid for!!! Then on top of that she told me to leave after I asked for a condiment that was supposed to already come on my food. TERRIBLE!!! I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION. I USUALLY EAT HERE OFTEN. NEVER AGAIN
