Well shortly be reporting this store to ADA due to the fact of my service animal was not respected I was disrespected horrible customer service if you like spit in your food and people who are discriminative this is just for you You’re kind of place however I would not suggest it to anyone who I have service animals very horrible service and disrespectful to us ( the dangerous dog in action)???

The general manager, was really kind. His customer service skills were great. Personable, easy going, helpful. His general demeanor was awesome, and my initial experience was great. However, there was another employee who’s attitude was just horrendous. There was a misunderstanding, and she came to me and was very confrontational, and I patiently tried to explain to her what happened and she just rolled her eyes the whole time I was talking and told me I was lying. Her attitude was disgusting. I told the general manager about it, which I usually don’t do. I understand everyone has bad days and typically just let things roll off my back, but she was just over the top foul and disgusting. He lost all credibility with me when he began making excuses for her. Told me it was his daughter. And her mom raised her in New York, so that’s why she’s like that. (As someone who was raised in NJ I can tell you her being raised in NY has absolutely nothing to do with the level of foul thag was her entire demeanor)

To make matters worse, after we left (we took our food to go) I realized we were missing our sauces. So I went back in to ask for them, and when I walked in, she was talking smack about me with that foul mouth of hers to her dad and another coworker. When I walked in, she didn’t even stop. Instead, she looked at me, and had the audacity to continue as I was walking to the counter. (Loudly enough that I could hear all of it) When I got to the counter she finally stopped, still looking at me, sneered, rolled her eyes, and then turned her back and walked away.

The amount of self control I had to exercise to ignore it, bite my tongue and just walk away was absurd.

Sadly, regardless of the convenient location of this Burger King, I will never return, and will recommend to everyone else to never give this location your business, either.

A man named Fred was at the register , he was very helpful because he was very knowable about the menu when I wanted a larger size cheese burger for our dog .
The other staff were also just as friendly when I came to pick up my food making site to tell me to have a nice day and taking me for coming In just as Fred had done .
This is the friendliest Burger King I’ve been to EVER !!! It was also clean ! Even the bathroom was clean !! This team obviously works together well ! Keep up the good work it’s so nice to see employees who care !!!

Had an absolutely terrible experience here a couple months ago. I went straight to the source and filed an appropriate complaint. Fred reached out to me as the owner of this Burger King and offered us a redo. I kindly accepted and expressed it might not be anytime soon as we live in Mountain Home and we venture this way few and far between and without much free time. Two months later we finally made it by. The manager had no idea who I was or what to do but they worked out a couple sandwiches for us and they were delicious. Definitely better service and food this time around, I only wish there had been better documentation so they knew I wasn’t trying to scam them. Thanks for the redo Fred!

On a long road trip, we found this place by accident. Great spot to let the kids blow off some energy. The playroom was huge and clean. The food was standard fast food fare, although the French fries were better than most! We had no problems with customer service as I read in a previous comment. It’s right off the interstate and easy to access. We’ll definitely add this to our pit stop list when traveling with kids!

I would suggest avoiding this place. Not only were 2 items missing from my order, when I called to ask for a refund just for those 2 items, the “manager” was rude and seemed to know nothing. It took me several tries for them to even answer the phone and the moment someone finally does, he has an attitude with me before I even open my mouth.
All I wanted was a refund for 2 items I never received.
