This place is loaded with cool train toys, memorabilia and photos. Great food, hearty portions and good prices. Can’t recommend enough. I can put away some food, but I get there bacon cheeseburger salad and am either sated or having leftovers because it’s too good to let go. I convinced my family to eat here after my wedding to offer my Vegan Dad someplace in town to get a great salad as well as a place I could order around my gluten allergy.

Very cute spot to visit, we loved the trains! We ordered the boom burger and the eggplant parm. The burger was delicious and fries were nice and crispy. However the eggplant parm fell very short was greasy/mushy- tasted funny. Service was average didn’t have much knowledge of the beers and wasn’t around enough for checks. Didn’t make conversation. However the beer we did choose was nice and full of citrus.

Truly a one of a kind experience, you enter into a train enthusiasts dream. All antique and unique items you would find any train lover to enjoy. From die cast model trains to lights used by railways. It’s a one of a kind experience. We went for lunch and was extremely impressed by the food and the service above and beyond. A must see for anyone in the ogdensburg area. Recommend the potato soup it’s delicious

We had a gathering in the back room at the Freight House and couldn’t be happier. They were easy to work with and we got exactly what we asked for. Stopped in for a late lunch, sat at the bar with the locals. Great bartender, patient & knowledgeable about local stuff to do. Drinks, apps & lunch plates came out nice. Had enough food to take back to the hotel. Definitely would go back when we have the chance.

We arrived before noon. Not a soul inside except our lovely waitress. The train memorabilia was amazing. Several other people came in after us. The food was delicious and the prices were good. I would highly recommend checking them out!
