It was our first time dining here. We dined last weekend and had a reservation. We’ve been to a lot of other local Italian restaurants so we were looking forward to trying this one out.

We had a glass of red wine, Calamari, Truffle Gnocchi, Chicken Parmesan, and Tiramisu for dessert. We really enjoyed the Calamari and it was a good size. Very tasty and cooked really well. We found the Gnocchi really flavorful (just a little on the soft side and not al dente). The Chicken Parmesan dish only tasted okay. The crust could’ve used a little more crisp. It was served with a side of broccoli and a potato (it was a little undercooked and lacked flavor). The Tiramisu was delicious, sweet, and a good size.

Our server was Beth, and she was amazing! I think she was running most of the show. I only saw her and another server. And the restaurant was full.
I think they may have been understaffed. Upon arrival, no one was at the hostess post. Our server Beth was the one who greeted us.

Overall the experience was fine. Our server was excellent. The atmosphere wasn’t too loud. The dining area is set in a large open room. The food was overall good (taste: 4, presentation: 3, execution: 3.5).

We had such a wonderful experience at Roma Kitchen! We came all the way from NYC and were so happy to find such a warm, welcoming spot. From the moment we sat down, our waitress Nicki was absolutely fantastic friendly, charming, and incredibly accommodating.

Traveling with jet-lagged kids isn’t always easy, but Nicki was especially patient and kind with them, making sure they were comfortable and taken care of. Her positive energy truly made our night. Thank you Nicki!!

The food was just as impressive fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Every dish tasted homemade and authentic. It was the perfect meal after a long day of travel.

If you’re looking for great Italian food with exceptional service, Roma Kitchen is a must visit. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town!

Beth was very welcoming and efficient with all the tables she had to serve. This restaurant is very cozy and a perfect local date night spot. We got the chicken alfredo and it was our favorite thing we ordered. I also had the smoked old fashioned and it was a great way to start out my dinner. Our bellies were full and they can definitely expect our business again in the future!

If you like Italian this is a must go to restaurant. Small storefront at the corner of Cactus and Decatur that used to be a breakfast place. Nice renovation with soft lighted atmosphere. First time there and asked the waitress for a recommendation. Replied they are known for their Chicken Parmigiana. Absolutely the best I have ever eaten. Most restaurants never get it right and fry it too much. Don’t know how they did it but theirs is soft and melted in your mouth.

The starters, Caprese Salad and Fried Calamari, were great as well. Overall great meal and will definitely be back.

Great service, super bubbly waitress. The atmosphere is nice even though feel a bit cold. The caramari is good, the avocado bacon salad is refreshing, the bread bruschetta is pretty good, lasagna is subpar. The famous meet balls that the waitress is talking about tho very mediocre. Kinda let down on that. Price is not bad for a large portion. The taste tho didn’t blow me out the water but not upsetting either. Good meal for a quick stop before heading to the strip.

I recently had dinner at this Italian restaurant with a friend and really enjoyed the experience. The truffle gnocchi was delicious—perfectly cooked and full of flavor. The staff provided great, attentive service throughout the evening, and the ambience was pleasant and inviting. It’s a lovely spot for a relaxing meal and good conversation.

If you want the best Italian food in Nevada, this is the place to go. If I could give 10 stars, I would. The food is fabulous, always fresh and hot. The Service is A+. The atmosphere is superb. I highly recommend this restaurant. I have been to at least 5 Italian restaurants in Las Vegas/Henderson area and Roma is by far the BEST!! They make the pasta from scratch when you order.

We arrived at 6:30 & didn’t leave until 9. NOT by choice. Immediately, I knew something was wrong because we had a reservation but they didn’t ask *& the nice extra chatty waitress seemed intoxicated or on drugs. We immediately got our bottle of wine, which was very good. 45 minutes later, we were asking where our appetizers of stuffed artichoke hearts and tomato and burrata cheese were, the waitress didn’t have a clue? Within minutes, our prefect looking artichoke arrived UNSTUFFED w some grated cheese & breadcrumbs sprinkled on top hard and unedible. We sent it back and asked for calamari because they must have a bad batch of artichokes, you couldn’t even pull the leaves out 15 minutes later, now at an hour being there getting a headache from not having any food in my system. Not offering any bread nor advising weekdays taking so long. You have to order the bread and pay for it, but it would have been nice to receive it. They came out with another artichoke still undercooked or a bad batch. Finally got calamari, which was very good and the burrata w/ ice cold tomatoes was ok. Waiting for another hour for our food, the tortellini pasta was good. The chicken francese & spaghetti were dry overpowering w lemon, very little butter, or EVOO. We got the bill, & there were items added that we did not have & the $70 bottle of wine was not even on it. We had to bring this to the attention of the waitress so she didn’t get stuck paying for it. Extremely poor service, just okay food. It was disappointing because we’ve been to the one on Horizon Ridge several times, which was excellent. There’s obviously no owners watching anything that’s going on. The chef should be tasting the food to make sure it’s done and edible. They have a nice bar that was full & looked like the service was good for the customers that were there. Only 75% full so not packed. Let us know if things are fixed. We’d be happy to return. 2.5 hours w little to know service & untrained staff isn’t good.

I came at happy hour and sat at the bar, although the bartender Nikki was busy she acknowledged me immediately and let me know she’d be with me soon as she could. I ordered the grilled veggie salad. All veggies were fresh and dressing was flavorful!!! I could do without the broccoli but all and all delicious. The clams were huge, fresh and flavorful. I’m looking forward to going back and trying the calamari and bruschetta! Nikki really made the experience she asked my name and remembered it . 5* service !
