A first time out at Visaggio’s for date night. The atmosphere was very relaxed, complimented by our server Laura who was super friendly and attentive. Lobster bisque had chunks of lobster and was pretty tasty. My partner enjoyed the mushroom and truffle risotto. The linguine was smothered with clams, tasted great. We took a slice of chocolate cassata cake home along with another slice of white cake with strawberry. They were both amazing.

The food is great and made with fresh ingredients. Our waiter is super friendly too. I would have given this place a 5 star. That said, towards the end of our meal, the chef came out and said hello to every table … except for ours. And we are the only Asian in the restaurant… to be even more clear, we are the only table that’s non-white. We had our 10 year old kid with us, it certainly didn’t feel good when our kid and us saw him making conversation to everyone even made his way to the very corner and skipping ours (the table in the middle of the dining room). We tipped our waiter more than 20% as he had nothing to do with the chef’s behavior. Of course, the chef can decide who he wants to say hello to. It’s just not a good experience after spending more than $200 at this place and left without joy. Our family will not go back to this place again.

Food was really good! The wait staff was patient, helpful and attentive. It is currently owned by the owners of Luna so you can expect the same quality as the server told us it is the same cook. Most of the staff work at both locations. The menu has some of the same items as well.

I accompanied my hubby to his meeting with Chef Tony to finalize his private dinner menu choices.
It’s worth noting that Chef Tony is also the chef at Luna Italian Cuisine in Mechanicsburg. The owners of Luna Italian Cuisine recently added Visaggio’s to their restaurant portfolio. And the fabulous, superbly delicious Luna is expanding to the East Shore to the newly developed Susquehanna Union Green community, where they are building a three-story restaurant that will become Chef Tony’s home when it opens sometime in 2026.

Went to here on Valentine’s Day so starting off they were busy. We were seated in a back room with 2 other tables. And all of a sudden a lady walks up to our table, we assume that she is our waitress doesn’t introduce herself just starts filling our waters, ok no problem we started asking her questions about the menu not knowing that she was just the bus person at first. We thought oh this person seems a little bit rude not acknowledging us when she could’ve been like your server will be right with you. Then a little while later we finally get our waitress to come and takes our drink orders which probably took 20-30 mins to get and the wait time was about the same for the rest of the meal. The food wasn’t that good missing seasoning. I got the lobster ravioli only get 4 raviolis and 2 large shrimp. My bf got the ribeye super thin compared to other people at our table and his was mostly fat. Dessert took 30-40 mins ended up getting to go, we got tired of waiting for the dessert and check we started heading towards the front counter to pay. The couple next to us said they waited 40 mins for their drinks. For the amount of money spent tonight, I don’t believe it was worth it for the taste of the food and the long wait times for food and drinks.
