We just picked up a carryout order that was beyond disappointing. Two dinners that were ordered had batter with no meat inside for the majority of the meal. When this was brought to a manager’s attention they had little concern and offered a minuscule amount of $3 credit, if the meals were returned.

Honestly, I think you could find better frozen reheat Asian food from Costco. The quality of this frozen and heat food is crap.
I spent $40 on sesame chicken, chicken fried rice, egg rolls and dumplings and tossed in the can after trying to chuck it down. What a waste!
I ended up eating leftovers instead.
I will NEVER come back to this poor take out garbage in a brown paper bag again.
I really don’t know how they have a 4.3 rating!
If you think this is good, you need to get out more and expand your palate.

Food is always so good and so fresh! Workers are sweet. Definitely a take-out place, but does have some seating if you would like to eat in. Very good prices. Our go to spot!

I have tried this place a few times, thinking I would like it. The other reviews are amazing. This last time I ordered, I picked up the food came home and the food was clearly cold and left over. If you’ve ever had leftover general tso, that’s exactly what I got for $30. You can see from the picture, the sauce is coagulated…..disgusting! This is exactly 15 minutes after I called in my order. The chicken lo mein seem to be reheated as well. Honestly, in the past when I’ve gotten it warm, it’s still subpar. I will not go back.

Horrible experience at China One. I got online to look at their menu to order and called it in. According to the menu online, it should have been $25ish before taxes. They proceed to tell me the price is $41. I ask about this and they tell me it’s and old menu and they don’t know how to change it. Okay. Not great business but okay. Wasn’t mad nor freaking out just a little frustrated but kept that to myself.
I tell them that price is much higher than I was expecting based on the menu I read and would they be willing to provide a discount, coupon for next time, free eggroll, something?
Hell no. They aren’t willing to do a single thing to make up for this, nor are they willing to take responsibility for it to begin with. They couldn’t have cared any less that I was upset by the lack of customer service or that I’d be a long time patron.
Having been in the service industry on and off for 20 years. I can promise you that if a business messes up, it’s 100% up to them to set it right. If Keoger leaves their sale stickers out past the exp date and you bring that to the clerks attention, 90% of the time you will always get the sale price without any effort because it was their mistake. This applys around the board.
Anyway, China One, do better.

Great food and friendly service! We eat here often because it’s usually very consistent in quality.

I’m not kidding at all when I say this “China One” is low quality. They cut corners everywhere, they buy the cheaper sauces, the smaller fortune cookies, a big portion of their fried options about quarter will be fried dough. The amount of chicken they put in is smaller compared to the “China One” in Louisville. Even the rice has the cheap frozen vegetables and they use the cheapest rice, and the egg rolls are small and with mid flavor. If you’ve read this try the Louisville “China One’ it’s the same price but better quality everything.. if your looking for good food that’s the same price as this place just try the Louisville “China One” you can thank me later
