My wife and I went on a Tuesday afternoon and got the sampler for two with a couple beers. First impression was we loved the price of the $50 for the sampler to try everything. The meats were delicious, sides were good and the guy behind the bar was so nice. I’ve been waiting for a solid BBQ joint in south western NH and GG fit the bill!! Will be back.
*Phone did not eat first!

Nice to find a little BBQ in Keene. Had to wait a little bit for the kitchen to catch up for us to eat but I am not usually in any big rush regardless. We got mixed platter for 2 and 3 of us were happy. We weren’t starving so it worked out fine with the sides. Had a little pork belly to start too. Fried okra was good and thankfully the Mac and cheese was pretty legit… most bbq joints nail it.

We caught this place while driving through town and decided to stop for a bite.
Ate at the bar and split the nachos: they were layered throughout and loaded with all the fixings. The half size was more than enough for two of us and the added brisket chili was top tier. I was craving a smash burger and the diner burger was perfectly cheesy and so good. Slaw was fresh and crunchy. The Rueben was loaded with melt in your mouth meat and came highly recommended. The bartender, Frank, made us some incredible margaritas (x2!), made menu suggestions, and had a fantastic playlist going. His energy, enthusiasm, and passion for where he works and what he does honestly added to our whole experience. We genuinely don’t have enough good things to say. Can’t wait to check out their brunch on a day off, per Frank’s suggestion.

Sitting in the restaurant writing this. Very disappointing. More fat than meat on my brisket. Ribs were cold. I knew nothing was made to order when the hush puppies came out 30 seconds after ordering. Everything was very sub par and disappointing. They did remove the bad items off our bill which is about the only redeeming quality. Will not be back.

This place is a gem in New England, tender meat, great flavor, and creative BBQ options as well. They had Hush Puppies that were actually pretty good. Can’t usually get that in the North. Service was good and atmosphere was clean and fun! Definitely check this place out when you come to Keene!!

Insanely good BBQ in Keene. They started as a food truck and have been in this place since 2021. Authentic barbecue and everything was delicious. Brisket was juicy the pork belly was insane and the sauces are delicious. The cornbread was some of the best we’ve ever had….very buttery and dense and full of ! A+

Seriously, don’t bother going if you’re into really good bbq. This isn’t it.
First timers on our way home from a mini vacation. We love Keene and supporting small business and drive through whenever we can. We haven’t had good BBQ in some time and thought this would be a great place. Atmosphere was pretty cool and the service was great. That’s where it stops. Their burnt ends weren’t burnt, they were subpar and way more fatty than they should be and they give them to you in these big gross pieces. The pulled pork was dried shoe leather and really stringy and not “pulled” with zero smoke flavor. The brisket is a total joke. Zero smoke ring that you should see from a decent place that actually smokes their meats. It was a big slab of salty, dried out meat that could’ve been day old food just reheated. My GF had their chicken and waffles and said it was pretty good. I didn’t try it because i was done trying to eat this after 10 minutes. It’s also way too expensive. It was a shitty way to end a road trip on the way home. It’s absolutely not worth it and we won’t be back.

It’s hard to imagine traveling north for good barbecue but this was absolutely delicious. Everything was smoked to perfection. I had their Reuben sandwich which was smoked so well I almost thought they had given me brisket. We also had the Ribs which were just tender enough to fall off the bone when you bit them but not when you picked them up. The seasoning was better than any rub I have used to date. A must stop every time you are in Keene.
I could do a whole other post about their burnt ends they were so good.

My brother and I love BBQ and decided to try this place. The staff were nice and attentive but that’s where it ended. When the food came out I knew I was in store for an extremely nasty meal. I could tell just looking at the brisket that it was going to be hard and chewy almost like jerky. One bite in and I told my brother to try it and he agreed it was like trying to chew a hockey puck. The pulled pork was a disaster. It was so dry and no amount of bbq sauce could save it. It was like eating sawdust. The ribs had no flavor whatsoever and were also dry. The Cornbread was undercooked in the middle and inedible. I will say though that the Mac and cheese wasn’t bad and the chicken was actually moist and had some flavor but overall my brother and I agreed it was the worst BBQ we’ve ever had and that’s saying a lot because that honor did belong to Phoenix Smokehouse in Rindge but not anymore. Very disappointed. If I didn’t know any better I would have thought they gave us meats from a cook from the previous day. In a million years I would never have let those meats go out the door to a customer. Will not be returning. Good luck

Strong was the Force of anticipation, drawn in by whispers of praise for Guerrilla Grill. Yet, reality did not match expectation. Disappointment, I felt.
Pricey, the meal was—each item a lone traveler, no companions to be found. A wrap, I ordered, twelve credits it cost. Much rice, little substance. A side, absent. A tea, I chose, yet weak and flavorless it was, like water from a distant, desolate world. ☄️
Cornbread, it was called, yet cornbread it was not. More pudding than bread, thin and heavy it sat. But light in the darkness, there was—the sweet potato fries! Golden, crispy, a triumph they were.
Kind and swift, the staff remained. Their service, commendable. A disturbance in the kitchen, perhaps? An off day, it may have been. But for a place strong in legend, greater, I expected.
