I asked for a medium hot chocolate without whip cream, I got handed a cup smaller than others who ordered the same. I kindly asked the manager if something happened to my order, the manager proceeds and opens my cup looks inside, closes it and slides(not hand over) it back to me and without a word just looks at me like I was in the wrong. I simply asked a question why was my cup smaller than everyone else. With one of the most disrespectful tones she said “u didn’t get any whip cream so that’s why.” And that’s all I wanted! A simple answer to a simple question! So to the manager that works here overnight, you should respect your customers more or don’t work in any establishment that includes talking to customers. So disappointing.

Disappointing. Coffee, refreshers, and munchkins were good. But the sandwiches and hash browns were a joke. Food was barely cooked and the “hash browns” were unflavored tots.

People working here are definitely working hard. Part of our order was missing, but we didn’t notice until got to the room. Kids wouldn’t eat the bagels because they “smell weird” which i concur. Something off about the smell/taste.

Friendly, busy workers and fully stocked products. I went at 6am and there was a line and three people working behind the counter. The lady on the register was cheery, polite, and thorough with orders. The others making the orders were efficient and friendly when delivering orders to the counter. I was expecting the worst with the reviews, but was very pleasantly surprised.

This morning I ordered a small coffee 4 creamer and 4 pumpkin swirl. its came up to $3.21 I asked the guy at the window why is it that much, he charged me extra for pumpkin swirl. What’s extra I never heard of that unless he tipped himself with charging me extra. I always get the same thing and never charged for Pumpkin swirl. I will be calling corporate about this. I didn’t have time to go inside to see exactly why he charged me this amount. Never am I going to dunkin donuts, over priced and people work hard for there money, to be charged extra for swirl when I normally make coffee at home I had no time too this morning. And the coffee taste as if NO EXTRA swirl was added since i was charged extra for it
