Came in after their remodel. Best whopper I’ve had in a long long time. The employees where excellent and kind. Laurie who was helping train obviously did a good job. If you had a bad expience before, I’d give it another try. Make sure to use the app or coupons for better prices. Whopper Wednesday is also the best way to get it cheap.

I’m very disappointed in the food. I purchased 3 different kids meals, two of them were a 6 piece nuggets, and another was a cheeseburger with no mustard. I also purchased an impossible Whopper meal….the fired foods were awful. You can obviously tell that they haven’t changed their fryer grease for quite a while. The kids cheeseburger has almost no ketchup and the whopper meal is kind of ridiculous. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience. You’d think that this location with high tourism would try a little harder. One time I had got my son a cheeseburger meal with no mustard and it took 3 times for them to get it right. Just because they remodeled doesn’t mean the food is any better. Also mind you, I worked at this establishment when I was 16 years old in the kitchen. So I know how the food is supposed to look.

This was the best Burger King i have ever visited. It is clean, and the staff di a great job of serving fresh food. The burgers did not even taste like fast food and the fries were hot. This is a great place, and especially nice when there are very few options on the highway at this point, so it is nice that they do such a great job!

My food was pretty fresh. Fries were hot. The only thing they could have done differently on food was a fresher patty on the whopper but it was still good. Service through the drive thru was good. Don’t wait but a minute on the fries. Other that it was a good experience.

I ordered chocolate it tasted minty & crappy!! Oh and there was no way to sit at any table because they were all dirty! + who can stand to eat inside a restaurant that’s 90° cuz there’s no air conditioning!

Staff let you order food from the kiosk that is out of stock, but don’t have the courtesy to tell you. Then they will give you a cheaper substitute while letting you pay for the more expensive one without a refund. Horrible service, will never stop here again. Manager on duty gave us a really hard time about giving me my money back for the difference, considering I did NOT get what I paid for. Awful. If you see me standing there waiting for my food, and you see I ordered something you don’t have in stock, is it REALLY THAT HARD to tell me and offer me something different? No, they just play dumb and hope you don’t notice. Well I’m not an idiot.

We Stopped by on vacation to grab breakfast sandwiches for the way home. We walked in and ordered our food and there were flies everywhere and they would not stop biting us. The food took 20 minutes and we didn’t even get the right food and it tasted terrible. Terrible food, terrible service, horrible atmosphere

Pulled in at 1040pm when the store is open until 11pm. Was immediately informed from the person on headset who was sweeping dinning room at the time they were out of food. I said what do u have fries? Nope not a fry to be made in sight nothing they are out of all food. Another employee walked over to the window and asked what I needed and I told her at least some fries which she magically was able to find and cook for me.
