If I could give zero stars I would. The food is outdated and served after it has been thawed and refrozen. The employees have poor hygiene and one of them has dead skin falling off of his arms. 100% do not recommend.

I usually come online to give positive reviews. However, I need to come on Google to warn people of the misery I am in at 4 AM. Yesterday, my family and I drove through L’Anse Michigan on our way home from Lake Superior and stopped at this Burger King for the only bite of food we had all day. When we went into the restaurant, the place was unkempt and disgusting. My daughter even said, “Maybe we should wait until we get home.” We had another 4 hours to our drive. What could go wrong? We’ll let me tell you the flies circulating this place tells me that they are feasting and reproducing off something dead or necrotic. I awoke at 4 AM to terrible abdominal cramps and violent diarrhea and nausea. It is from this place. I WARN YOU! DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT HEALTH! I see another similar review to mine from recent. The public health department needs to intervene. Next time I will listen to my daughter.

I LOVE THE MANAGMENT AND STAFF AT THIS LOCATION! The food is ushally good and the wait time isnt that long. The hours of operation kinda suck. The building is clean but outdated. I prefear to just order out rather then dine in.

Customer service is huge to me, and most fast food seems to have lost that. The buns have a old taste to them at almost every burger King and I usually do fast food quit a bit,but I do love burger King it is one of my favorite places for food and prices.

Me and my family went through the drive-thru, and we were met with a bad attitude, huffy puffy… When my husband asked the gentleman at the speaker to please have a better attitude, the gentleman told us we could just not even be in his drive-thru. So we pulled in the lot and went inside to speak to the manager, and to my dismay that was the manager at the speaker…. When I went inside he was rude and irritated and definitely somebody I wouldn’t even want my teenager working under… An elderly lady at the counter even told him that he should apologize. I haven’t been back because of the service.. maybe when they get better leadership we will try again.. I do have a video of the interaction if this manager wants to debate this interaction…
