Unfriendly, unwelcoming, no greetings or smiles. Disengaged with no real standard of hospitality or customer service. Pay, get your stuff, and “get out” approach to customer service. Mentality is definitely if you don’t like it, leave. Visibly hasn’t been painted, repaired, spruced up, or updated in years. It’s an eyesore with little respect for the commity thatis patronizing their business.

My mother just tried to buy a bottle of water after coming up from wilmington on public transport and they told her NO because she didn’t have exact change???? She had a 5$ bill and they refused to take it, being mean. Treating her like a nuisance. There’s also a 10$ minimum when using a DEBIT card, which is ILLEGAL. Yall better get it together because some people will send a report to the BBB.

Food had no flavor, it was hot and fresh but I wouldn’t suggest this place to any real foodie. Customer service was on point. The food was a no, just not good.. Taco bell would have been a better spot.

I watched them take food that was sold and eaten from a customer that complained it was stale and they put it back in the glass to be resold!!! Haven’t been back in over 10 years! Could be different, not sure. Just be careful.

Nobody in this place wears gloves I actually watched a guy dig in his nose and a few minutes after throw somebody’s crab sticks into the fryer with his bare hands. Also only god knows when they last changed the cooking oil.
