This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a food establishment. I ordered a pizza online from the Sbarro inside Cumberland Farms, and when I arrived, there wasn’t a single person in sight. I could see an employee using a squeegee on the floor in the reflection of the oven, but she ignored me completely as I called out over and over. Meanwhile, the clerk at the convenience store register actually told me to “be quiet” when I was just trying to get the food I had already paid for!
When the employee finally did show up, she was wearing headphones and couldn’t have cared less that I had been waiting. No hello, no apology, no thank you—just total indifference. And the pizza? Absolutely disgusting. Beyond nasty. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting out forever.
This place is a joke. Zero respect for customers, zero effort, and food that isn’t even edible. I’ll never order from Sbarro again, and I’ll make sure everyone I know hears about it.

First time trying them through Doordash and as long as it is this good again I will definitely order again! Whoever made this pizza did a fantastic job and is an artisan, made my 7 topping pizza to PERFECTION, WOW, THEY NAILED IT! Perfect! Delicious! Literally one of the best pizzas i’ve ever had, the real milk mozzarella is a must, takes it to a whole other level, that plus their beef meatballs make for one of the most authentic old school pizzas around you can get, delicious! The ingredients are real and great but I must give props again to the pizza maker, they brought it together to absolute perfection! The way pizza should be done, Classic!

Pizza was good, but man oh man the person working could have been a bit more welcoming. I love Sbarro, and eat it all the time at the Pensacola location. I was so happy to find this one while on vacation. Unfortunately, I do not think I’ll be back. And I wish they had the side salad and spaghetti options, it’s just pizza.

The pizza was very good. My family enjoyed both pizzas. I had the all new York style all meat pizza and they enjoyed a x large new York style pizza with spinach. We are very happy with quality and freshness of the pizzas. The staff was very friendly. I will order again.

Discard what Mr Parker said. Pizza is awesome and the service is outstanding. Everyone is experiencing short staff problems. Pretty sure Mr Parker thought he was their only customer that day. Better than Vinny’s at the wharf!!
