Ordered the California crab , cheese steak and 2 others. The cheese steak, pictured, didn’t look like it, didn’t taste like it. I remember it being toasted. I taste more banana peppers. It was very soggy. The crab had more cream cheese, very little crab, very soggy also. They may soon follow Mr goodsences here soon. Price went up, quality went way down.

When I travel to Kansas, I try to find this sub shop. Excellent bread, great flavors, quality meats. I love sandwiches and this is one the better chains across the US. Makes it even better that it’s a regional secret. Props to the lady working. She was flying solo that day and she worked it like a champ. Y’all need to give her a hefty bonus.

Not very busy just after noon, so I got great prompt service. Plenty of tables, and clean bathrooms. I got a pastrami melt, which was pretty basic (4 ingredients) but tasty, hot, and fresh. Parking lot can be tricky to get into, don’t try and go through the dollar store parking lot!

1) Menu states that a fountain drink refill is $0.99 – which is both inconvenient (having to go through the line) and comparatively expensive
2) Would wish for a 3/4th sandwich size option since half a sandwich is just a bit too little but a whole is too much
