The cutest spot in Miami lakes! My boyfriend took me out on a date to the speakeasy they have and it was Christmas decorated! Amazing drinks at a good price. I highly recommend we got the Christmas mule and the O holy dark night to drink, they were both so yummy. My new favorite spot.

We went to “How the Grinch Stole Santa Diabla” and it was very cute. It’s a speakeasy vibe as it’s hidden inside another restaurant. The charcuterie board was delicious and a small was perfect for two people. Although not pictured, we also had the empanadas and they were great. Overall, a very cute Christmas date night idea.

I celebrated my 31st birthday at Santa Diabla with my brother, and it was magical! I’m a huge grinch fan and this was it. The festive theme was so sweet, and the drinks were both cute and delicious. Especially the Bitter Grinch Shot. Our server, Andres, was kind and made the experience even better. Highly recommend for a fun holiday outing!

Santa Diabla was an amazing time! The Christmas decorations are the cutest, drinks were DELICIOUS, and our bartender Andres was very knowledgeable and attentive. I had the ‘O Holy Dark Knight’ & it was 10/10. I found my new go-to spot!!

Had such a great time here with friends last night! The drinks were so cute and delicious! Our bartenders were super friendly and had the best recommendations. The decorations and atmosphere were also amazing! Can’t wait to come back.

We came here for the “GRINCH BAR THEME “ since it was all over the news and IG … and we even booked a reservation with deposit .
First of all it’s inside Chela’s restaurant.. so it was hard to find . We waiting for our table to be ready and the place it’s super small maybe like 10 people for there! Barely any decorations of the grinch but an outdoor inflatable & some stickers in the wall . The staff is wasn’t even with Christmas attire as expected or dress up as the grinch which it was the reason why we went there .
The ottomans “chairs” were super uncomfortable and even though it was just us two .. we were almost sitting outside of their “door” curtain that’s separate the bar from restaurant, when ask for something more comfortable they said that’s all they had.
Then we get the menu .. and from the whole menu only two pages were “grinch” theme . The drinks were horrible, super bad combination of flavors; even got a burnt marshmallow. The staff was great which it’s not their fault of a poorly executed speakeasy theme bar.
Needless to say don’t spend your time and money coming here . Not what it seemed online .

Love this little hidden gem in Miami lakes. Andres the bar tender was amazing ! Drinks were so special and loved the current grinch theme! Highly recommended. Pork belly bites were delicious as well.

First of all, let’s call this what it is: a pop up bar with a fixed drink menu. What it is not: a speakeasy! Suddenly everyone has a speakeasy and find the word trendy and marketable. This is a little corner behind a curtain inside of Chelas with seasonal menus. There is zero deviation from the menu because the drinks are premixed. Which is totally fine, but drop the act. This isn’t the only speakeasy in Miami Lakes because Miami Lakes doesn’t have one yet. I’m sorry for my harsh review, but reality did not meet expectations. We had one drink and left. Cute tiny place. But nothing more than a pop up themed experience.

We came here for the Grinchmas speakeasy. Such a nice environment! It’s small, but the drinks were amazing, so creative taste like Christmas! The service was great! The waiters last night were so amazing they really were. I didn’t eat anything because I wasn’t too hungry but my friend had a dessert and I tried a piece, it was delicious. I definitely would love to come here again with a group of friends or family and I’m sure we would all have a blast.

Came in on a random Friday night and found the hidden Santa Diabla. I walked in and both Salomon and Andres were creating such a vibe I stayed for hours. I would definitely recommend to all my friends not only for their extravagant Christmas decor but the service was top notch! Bartender Salomon has such a charismatic attitude, he helped me find a drink I enjoyed and entertained the whole bar! Andres checked on us frequently and was very knowledgeable! This is a spot I will recommend to all my friends looking for a place to enjoy great drinks and service .
