Large party ordered a little of everything. Steak was good, not hot, drinks took a while, pasta was delicious, artichoke dip was bland and too cold to enjoy, the shrimp appetizer was very good. Ordered the family brownie dessert and everyone loved it. Mixed drinks were good but the soda pop was flat.

I’d like to say it was awesome but that just wasn’t the case!! I love Tony Roma’s but this spot wasn’t it!! We were seated and then immediately the waitress came bck and told us she almost forgot about us.. The appetizer and salad were served with the main course. We ordered nd all the food was served 5 mins later. The waitress never checked on us or gave any refills on drinks. When I finished with the appetizer nd salad I requested the main course be warmed up and she looked at me as if I was crazy.. When it was time to leave I asked for a takeout tray since one wasn’t offered. She questioned me passive aggressively “ you want a Togo box?” Yes I do I said. No desert was offered. Food is cheap nd it is cooked well before you ever order.. not impressed..

My family and I went here to eat, we were told it’d would be a 20-30 minute wait but they got us seated much quicker than expected.
So this is a new restaurant and I am sure everyone is still learning the menu and how it all goes, so we went in without having the highest expectations.
Our drinks and appetizer arrived quickly and they were delicious! Our meal took awhile to come out, we arrived around 5pm and didn’t leave until 7pm. With that being said, the food was very good! My kids had the Memphis burger, I had the boneless ribs and my husband had the beef brisket. All dishes were full of flavor and filling even though I thought the portions looked small, I was stuffed by the end.
Our server was very kind and she kept apologizing for the wait, she gave us a free desert for our patience and after this experience we fully plan on returning!

I enjoyed the atmosphere of the restaurant. Our waitress was very happy to offer selections we would like to enjoy. We started with warm bread and butter and the artichoke dip for an appetizer which paired nicely with a delicious salsa. I ordered the short ribs they were very tender and could’ve used more seasoning the mashed potatoes and green beans were delicious and I could have had more. My wonderful date chose the sampler platter and couldn’t keep his hands clean from the BBQ ribs, BBQ chicken, and pulled pork. Nice dinner choice.

Not the most exciting location (inside a middling Holiday Inn) or modern decor, but I had a very helpful, friendly waitress. The beef filets, mashed potatoes, and green beans were actually pretty good, which I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting!

It took 45mins to get my food and my ribs were raw in the center. My fried chicken had to have been fried twice. Very oily and bone dry. Keep your money and just eat your shoes. $31.00 worth of disappointment!

Food was all good. Service wasn’t on the fast side, but still adequate with the low number of people in the restaurant. Both kids ate more of the complimentary bread than any of the food they ordered. Hostess and server were both prompt and friendly.

Food was fine for redone packed food. We got there and waited to be seated awhile. Only about 12 customer in the place. We were told she was alone with no help. I told her no big deal we are not in a hurry.my wife ordered a bottle of wine and I a signature drink from the menu. She re turned and said no wine I don’t have access to it my manager is not here. My wife ordered something else. When the waitress returned she told me I don’t know ow how to make your drink, I ordered something else. She took our order and left. When the soup and salad were delivered she dropped food on the table and left. No silverware or salad dressing. We waited she never returned. I went to the bar to ask for silverware and salad dressing, her response was, Oh you need silverware? Main course came food was fine. Never saw waitress again until I went to find her and ask for the check. She never ask if we wanted more drinks, if everything was ok. Since we own a bar and restaurant I know our customers would not put up with the lack of service or training. And you shouldn’t either.

I ordered the lunch special, Caesar salad and 1/4 rack of ribs. The tomatoes on the salad were so wizened I nearly asked them for advice on world issues. The ribs were definitely NOT “fall off the bone” tender. I haven’t had to work that hard to get meat off since my freshman year of high school! It’ll be quite some time before I eat there again, if ever.

We ordered our food for pick-up.
Meat Trio platter and Asian roasted chicken salad.
Terrible.
Ribs were dry and rubbery. Nashville chicken was overcooked and rubbery as well. Pull pork was a paste consistency.
Asian chicken was dry as the Sahara & the lettuce was yellow..not even close to fresh.
$58 dollars for Town Pump quality meat.
Very bummed & was hoping this place would do well.
