The staff here was so rude I’d rather drive to the other Panda Express out of my way. I placed an order on the app and went through the drive thru to get it and I was told it wasn’t ready come inside and wait. I explained I was in pajamas and slippers and the drive thru woman argues with me and said I had to go inside. I pulled off and parked where they have you wait on your food in the drive thru. I called to let them know my name and where I was parked and the woman on the phone couldn’t find my order. Five minutes later I’m assuming the manager gets on the phone and asks my name (immediately found my order) and said “ok so what are you trying to do here” and I said I just wanted to let someone know I’m parked here your employee argued with me about coming in. He said he would have it ran out. Very stiff and came off like I was irritating him. A minute later a woman comes to my car and says “here’s your order” and I smiled and said thank you and she gave me a dirty look and walked away without responding. This ordeal took so long all the ice in my lemonade was melted when I got it and when I get home all six of my rangoons looked like this. All four people I came in contact with were rude and argumentative for literally no reason.

We just arrived when everything was fresh and steaming. This time no one was ahead of us. We ordered a child’s plate, 2 entrée plates with 1/2 & 1/2 fried rice, chow mein.
We had perfect timing as the crowd came in after us.
I will say everytime we arrive, we are always greeted and so are others who follow.
Inside tables and floor was very clean. Plenty of parking in front of Panda Express. Drive thru was open and busy.
Take advantage of the Panda rewards points. I saved enough points to get the child’s plate free.

Extremely DISAPPOINTED!!! 0 Starrs to be honest !! For this to be a new place that just opened you would think not only would the food be better but the customer service was terrible when speaking to a manager!!
I went through the drive through and ordered a kids meal orange chicken with Ramon noodles. Before even placing my order the first thing k asked was, WAS THE FOOD FRESH !?? The lady insisted it was as well as the noodles. I said great and placed my order. 9$ later I drive home open the box and the noodles was sooo dried out and the orange “chicken “. Might as well say it was 7 pieces of crust
Absolutely NO CHICKEN in side . So dry it was terrible. I then immediately googled the phone number and no one answered. Called at least 4 times before I got back in my car and drove back to the restaurant and went inside. I asked to speak to a manager and she so happened to walk by, not even with a smile no greeting from her anything her name was” Jayne” she says yeah I’m like wow, so I explained to her how I just wanted fresh food and that the orange chicken wasn’t fresh I said it was so hard I even opened the box and picked up a piece and tried to break it I said this is all crust you know what I’m saying – her response “ No, I don’t no what your saying ..” I’m like you rude I just want my money back. She says no we don’t give money back take it.., I’ll make another one .. I’m like nah I don’t need another one I just want my money back I even walked down to we’re she was as she was making it ,and told her that’s okay she walked off from me back down to the register .she then says again no just take this and places it in the bag. I said I don’t need the old meal you can throw that in the trash, she says “NO, we don’t take food back so rudely !! When I say customer service was OUT THE DOOR i was so upset I turned around went to the trash and threw it away and walked out !! The way this “ Manager “ handled this situation was unreal !! Her performance her professionalism was tacky ,rude ,and very disrespectful and condescending!! I WILL NOT ever go back to this place again !! I will drive to another town to eat there panda before I drive 0.7 miles to come back to this place!! She needs to go back to Managerial classes and learn how to speak to people!! She needs to learn how to have customer service skills! Worst experience I have ever encountered!! I’m so glad 6.1 million people view my content and will NOT give this place a dime! We work to hard for our money to be treated this way.

Just got back to KTown! The ratings and reviews had me second guessing about going here but they must of got their ish together because the young woman taking orders in the drive thru was very friendly. The food came out fairly quickly and fresh. I’m constantly traveling and working in different areas, Panda is my go to fast food when I’m in a pinch. Of course it’s not authentic Chinese food but it’s better than some other places. I’ve had to leave them a review because the reviews I read didn’t match the expectations and experience I had. Would recommend!

So they just opened yesterday. I went around 19:00. I order rice and two sides. When I got home I was searching for my sides. The plate was filled as if they were afraid to run out of food. The food wasn’t good to be honest. Very disappointed. The rice tasted grainy and the chicken was tasting hard and plasticy. I figured the food will be fresh and impressive. Wasn’t. Went tonight. I know the orange chicken was bad as soon as I bit into it. Tasted rotten. Asked for soy sauce and Chili. They forgot it. This place always disappoints. ALWAYS. Go to Taco Bell accords the street or BK. They didn’t even give me my receipt. Health inspector should give this place a visit

I’ve been going to Panda Express regularly for over a decade. When they get skimpy on the food I don’t make a scene, I’ll just order extra sides or entrees if the main plates look super light. This takes the cake though. Paying for extra sides and they don’t even fill them up. I’ll be taking a nice long break.

Definitely a better trained employees. Food quality was excellent and exactly what customers expected when visiting Panda Express. This location is the best of the other locations in Killeen… Customers know how Panda Express service looks throughout the United States, keep up the good work!
