After a long day of flying, I was really looking forward to this meal. While the service was pleasant and the food arrived hot, the experience fell short. Unfortunately, I received the wrong order—my receipt clearly shows I ordered vegetable fried rice, but I was given chicken fried rice instead.
On top of that, the quality was disappointing. The food appeared visibly old, and the noodles were clumped and stuck to the walls of the to-go box. It was a letdown.

Pei Wei is a Chinese food place in the SeaTac airport. It’s at the main terminal’s food court, so it’s easy to find. They have a smaller menu here than traditional Chinese food restaurants. Prices are sky high for tiny portions, and the food is dry and bland. It’s cooked to order, but to be honest,it took almost 20 minutes for one entree with less than 5 people in line. I’d definitely go somewhere else where your dollar can go much further in both quantity and quality.

$25 for a tasteless pasta dish, almost no side ingredients, and yes, real food is expensive — but serving pasta to increase margins at the customers’ expense is easy.
The small amount of chicken included was completely overcooked.
I finished the dish only because I hadn’t eaten in over 10 hours.

For me it’s 3.5 stars overall.
I ate at 6:00pm and we ordered fried rice shrimp and steak, steak chow mein and wonton soup.
Our servings were big, I would have been happy wating just half of either dish, plus the soup, so if you are a couple, order one thing, or you might be left with lots of leftovers.
Comments on food:
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ on the Wonton soup, would be a 5 star but the Wonton I didn’t liked at all, the broth tho, that was phenomenal. Only 3 Wonton on soup.
⭐️⭐️Fried rice was so oily, super oily, I get it is fried rice, but I have eaten, most of the fried rices I eat I would say, are a little more “dry”, flavor was “meh” steak wasn’t really good quality I would say, maybe I had nad luck.
⭐️⭐️⭐️ Chow mein was good, better than the rice, It has a “odd” flavor at the beginning, I am sure some spice or seasoning I am not familiar, but It was good/ok.
We spent 48 dlls, no drink, on those 3 things.

Everything was great. Except the food. Soooo. I guess everything sucked? No flavor. Over cooked white sticky rice. So mush. To much water. How does an Asian restaurant add to much water unless they are burning rice then adding more water. Like rice is not cheep. The chicken is terrible. No flavor. No spice. Firecracker chicken. Supposed to have a sweet and spicy flavor. Nope. No flavor. Just crap. 25 dollars for a combo and I should have gone to McDonald’s.
Edit. Just found a hair in my food. Also. Forgot to mention i ordered fried rice. Got white rice.

Anyamane was great. She ran the front all on her own. Taking orders, assembling orders all with a kind warm smile and a great attitude. Definitely stood out and made the experience great. Food was ok, very expensive but as expected from an airport. Luckily this is a work trip and I can expense it
