I immediately contacted the store regarding the order, the representative was Very rude, unprofessional and unwilling to rectify the situation and hung up. I tried contacting door dash about this yet, because the food was delivered through the store front there was nothing they could do. Lastly, I tried contacting the corporate office but the 866# listed on the website is for a medical company trying to sale life alert necklaces. Ordered takeout via doordash, never been here prior.
The price for the amount of food you get is excellent, but the food itself is borderline inedible.
It’s all completely drenched in oil, like dripping and almost drowning in it. All of the fried rice, the chicken, the vegetables, all of it.
I’ve been to a lot of hibachi restaurants and this is the first time I’ve encountered something like this.
Unfortunately, I don’t recommend ordering hibachi here. You might have better luck if you order sushi or some of their other menu items.

Tried to call to place an order , they answered the phone and didn’t say anything. Hung up and immediately called back and the phone was disconnected. Ordered a California roll and shrimp tempura roll and they forgot the ingredients for both rolls. California roll only had the crab and shrimp only had shrimp .

The food is good for the price and it’s quick and hot. Must specify for extra veggies for sure. Great deal for large amount of food. The place in itself it unpleasant and smells weird. It’s evident they are not cleaning. The soda machine has black mold growing on top of it and I would dare to imagine what the ice maker looks like. The bottom shelving under the machine is over sprayed with cooking oils and food and stains and it’s evident it’s never been cleaned n cleaned or wiped down at least in a long time. For this place to have been in business to so long it needs a lot of upkeep. Owners must reflect that a clean restaurant brings more clients.

This is mostly a takeout place so the atmosphere when you walk in isn’t great as it looks like a military cafe. I ordered the chicken and salmon hibachi and specified little rice with more vegetables and the workers there completely ignored my request and want to serve you with whatever they want and you have to settle with it. The food wasn’t the best compared to other quickway locations and I wouldn’t comeback to this location.

Food and service were great. Only complaint i have is it looks dirty. At the drink station, there is clear tape all over the table. Paint chipping throughout the place and at the booth i was sitting at, rusted on the bottom with actual pieces of the tables base broken and just left there.

Our family loves Quickfire Hibachi in Germantown, MD. The food is excellent and thoughtfully made. We go there at least 4-5 time’s a month and have never had a bad meal or bad service! The Hibachi meals and bento box meals are more than enough for one person to enjoy with leftovers! It does not feel or taste like fast food at all! The establishment is clean, and the cooks and staff are friendly and thoughtful. Try the dragon roll, it is spectacular! 5 star #AWESOME xo’s 😀
