Place has gone downhill since new manager. Went in a couple days ago in the morning and the young girl that said she was the manager gave the worst service I have seen at any food location. Went in for the stuffed pizza 16.99 deal and was told they did not have that deal anymore and they haven’t had it for a long time, which I know they had it a couple of weeks ago, but I didn’t argue and asked about any other deals, she rudely said the deals but I could not hear it very well so I asked her to repeat it. Instead of kindly repeated she yelled it at me. I was understandably upset and asked for a manager which is when she told me it was her and that there was no need for one anyways. The manager I saw a few weeks ago was a kind young man that got me what I needed and had the most respect and kindness. That’s what a manager should be doing, I am very upset that this guy was replaced with someone that would act like that . I was told by her not to come back to this location and I definitely won’t be. When I went to the Francis location instead they helped me and even went above and beyond to make up for this situation, and the manager there showed me what true food service is. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Jerry and Brayden were amazing!!! I went in, literally 4 minutes before close, and they had a cheese pizza with white sauce that I was able to snag from them!! They were both super friendly and helped me out with 2 minutes to close!!

Every time I go in, the young man working behind the counter is so nice! I think he mentioned being the GM, which is definitely well deserved! He’s fantastic!

I appreciate how efficient this place is. As a busy Mom I love doing this once in a while. The salads are always crisp and I feel good feeding my kids what they serve. I can always find a coupon online and they have deals to get kids free mini pizzas.

The pizza is always good. If ordering online check pizza before leaving to make sure you get any extra toppings you asked for as I have had multiple orders missing toppings that show on receipt. In store they are always great and get pizza out quick.

Never getting my pizza from here again. I ordered one medium with bacon and pineapple and another with chicken and onion. They put chicken on the one that was supposed to have bacon.
