Noah was excellent, very friendly and took good care of us. However, Terri/Terry, the manager was simply rude to everyone. She was yelling at every employee for every little thing no matter how small it was. Truly made the experience bad. However, Noah was incredible.

We have eaten at Wendy’s locations across New York, California, Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Florida, Virginia, and Chicago. Every one of those visits provided a fresh bag of fries, a hot burger patty, and crispy chicken.
This location has been the opposite. We have spent over fifty dollars on each visit, and the food has let us down every time. The fries are lifeless. The burger patties are dry and dead. The chicken sandwich was the least painful item, but the nuggets were clearly sitting for a long time.
The drive thru is never busy, yet the food always comes out fast. I would rather wait for food that is fresh than get something cold and old in record time. There should be a balance between care and convenience. It feels like leadership is focused on speed, not on quality.
The food should be hot, salty, crispy, and cooked with care. The cheese on the burger should melt. The fries should have life. Sadly, the Sprite we ordered was the only redeeming part of the meal.
We will not be back. It is disappointing because this location has let us down more than once. In a time when fifty dollars should buy a good meal, this kind of quality breaks loyalty.

Was in the drive through ordering 4 kids frostys. Instead of letting me pay the $5+change for 4, they told me about Boo Books where I could get 5 free frostys and $2 kids meal for $1.

I ordered the bacon double stack combo and there was no bacon on my burger. I have tried calling 3 days in a row with no answer. I will stop in next time I’m in Waxhaw. The food wasn’t bad just not what I ordered. Answer the phones please, I can understand not reaching you for maybe a rush hour but several times a day for several days is ridiculous!

My husband and I went to this location for an emergency dinner. The drive through guy was decently polite but half my order was wrong. Instead of a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger biggie bag meal I got a kids burger meal with ketchup and onions no lettuce tomato or bacon with a small drink. As well ALL of our food, sandwiches fries and nuggets, was cold. Not pleasant.
