In which world is this Tortilla Soup my friend! I am big fan of Tortilla soup and you just messed it up to the point where i wont touch soup for some days.. i should have been careful after reading the reviews and the empty restaurant.. but i still have it a chance thinking positive. 1. This is not tortilla soup so don’t sell by the name.. its just pure water onions and soy sauce. 2. It’s 100% Not edible. Not Fair.. Please don’t spoil the food. Respect the flavors and recipes.

We were at the casino on Sunday and stopped in as we were leaving the casino. The food is good, a little pricey. The best I have had there is the chips and queso, that is tasty and the chips are fresh. My only concern for this restaurants success is the staff, slow, not personable, give you the impression that it a terrible place to work and that as a customer you are just a bother.

O’Hare Chicago Airport Mexican food option, I ordered Torta de Chorizo con queso it was good , the bread was really close to home, Fernando the bar tender did a good job, the food was ready in 10 min. Good option if you are in a rush or what to sit down for a nice Mexican beer in the Bar.

Oh my…where do I begin!? An absolutely over the top experience @tortazo!
It was very slow when I walked in, yet I was warmly greeted by Alena. Knew the menu, and answered all of my questions without hesitation.
I ordered a almost naked guac. As she explained the options that were available to me.
I also ordered the chicken milanesa with black beans. I have to say this so everyone hears me…..this torta was made with love…you can taste it.
The service, quality of food, cool atmosphere, and of course over the top customer service! This will be my new go to in Will county….it’s worth the ride people! Thank you Chef!

Carne asada torta. was very dry. I think I get more meat at McDonald’s on a hamburger. For 17$ it look like about 1-2 oz. of chop meat. 1st time here eating VERY DISAPPOINTED. This place is in the casino, Harrahs Joilet. I don’t think I’ll come back to the resturant. Talked to the employee but no help,seem confused.
