I got a jerk chicken rap , it’s no jerk sauce and no pineapple salsa on it , I’ve had it before so i know what it suppose to taste like ! that’s the main reason i even get this wrap for those flavors . The smoothie is good but this is not the wrap i asked for , no flavor and missing ingredients!!

Blimey Limey is my favorite go-to! Tasty smoothies(appreciate the sweeteners options), but getting pricey. Enjoy the flatbreads as well. Staff has been friendly and helpful at most locations I’ve patronized.

I’ve literally been going there 5 days a week since the 1st day of summer, and continuing! I changed my diet from dunkin donuts to this, and it’s a world of difference. Of course I was eating at other places, but a smoothie in the morning, acai bowl in the early afternoon and a flat bread sandwich for lunch, gives me do much energy I need to get through my detailing, power washing and carpet cleaning days! Thanks for the excellent daily service! I’ve tried a couple of other stores alike, and this is the best fit. From taste, healthy options and the fruits, veggies and protein you need, don’t look any further. I stand by it! My energy, no more mental cloudiness, and my ADHD isn’t that bad anymore. Discipline and focused. P.S.- don’t sleep on the sausage egg and cheese Quesadilla!

The food used to be good here. I don’t know what’s happened, but this time will be the last time I go. My buffalo chicken wrap was missing lettuce, and my friend’s chicken bacon ranch flatbread was missing the bacon and tasted funny.
The smoothies were good this time, but I hadn’t been to this place in a while because they kept making them wrong to the point they were bland. I don’t know how or why they keep messing things up. I worked at a Tropical Smoothie in my teen years, and I know how easy it is to just follow the directions and make the food. There should be no reason for any of this.

Update July 2025 super nice man taking orders it seems to be under new management from 2years ago. I got the chicken bacon ranch it was good. Chipotle Chicken Club and green island smoothie awesome Dobbin Center is very clean friendly and fast service always a pleasure

It’s unfortunate that I have to write this review after my daughter called me and I had to calm her down from an incident with this location having HAIR in her food. A place she frequently visited after workouts at planet fitness. She said this was not the first time of finding HAIR at this location! The owner needs to step up here and teach his employees about being respectful to customers. This makes me not want to eat at any of the Tropical Smoothie places again! YUCK! Playa Bowl here I come!

Me and the wife were wanting to try out a Tropical Smoothie and happen to run across this one. The food was excellent and service was fast. I was a little leery of the menu selection but I was glad me and the wife tried each other’s plate. A lot more flavorable than a cheeseburger and healthier. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Mr. Paolo for explaining everything!

Very disappointed. I go here alot. So they have a new item which I really like. The new bowl which cost $10.00. Lacking of honey, lacking of the correct bowl, three pieces of strawberry not sure what’s going now there.

I think it would be nice if when walking into this establishment – the employees greeted you. But instead they stare at you and then continue on with their conversations amongst themselves in the kitchen. If I hadn’t placed my order online, I would’ve canceled it. There were 4 employees – only 1 was making a smoothie. It takes two seconds to say “Hi! Welcome in!” The lack of greeting was crazy. To stare is even crazier lol. I won’t be back.
