I moved into Washington Township 18 years ago and had a bad experience trying Sals for the first time. For the last several months, I’ve been ordering from Sals and I can say that their wings and cheesesteaks are by far the best I’ve ever had. They are now my go to pizza shop! They have restored my faith in their establishment. Keep up the good work guys!

AMAZING customer service. I had an incident with the slice app delivery driver (NOT the restaurant’s own delivery driver). She had very obviously done something sus with the pizza. Anyway, the restaurant immediately delivered a fresh, hot pizza at no additional cost with one of their own drivers. This household went from hangry to happy in seconds. Needless to say, I will not be using the slice app again and will be ordering from Sals again. Thank you Sals for the very quick fix and delicious pizza and wings ! Looking forward to our next encounter!

The top of the pizza looked great. The sauce to cheese ratio was good. Unfortunately the bottom of the crust was burnt which made it tough to chew and ruined the taste of every slice.

AMAZING! I am so impressed with this place! It’s not too often anymore that I walk into a pizza shop and am blown away by the cleanliness, happy atmosphere, pleasant & kind employees, AND not to mention delicious pizza, a variety of options and good price! I wish I had gotten 2 slices!

In my quest to find good pizza in Washington Township NJ I decided to try Sal’s Pizza. Here’s my opinion. The sauce was very good with a slight pleasant sweetness that I found very good. The cheese is high quality and not too oily. Finally, the crust. My major complaint with pizza in this area is the crust. None of the pizza shops around here have a clue with crust. It’s always super floppy and you take a bite you can see that the inside is not cooked. Always. The bottom appears to be crispy but it’s not. It’s not just Sal’s it’s everywhere in the Township. I am accustomed to places like Frank Pepe’s, Trenton style pizza and locals like King of Pizza. Crispy crust, cooked through with almost no flop when you first start eating one. I haven’t given up and I’ll keep trying but I just don’t get it. If I wanted soft doughy crust I’d like Dominos but I don’t. Sal’s scores points for flavor and now if they could only figure out the crust.
