I just ordered food online for pickup and it started when this woman hung up on me after I said thank you for taking my order over the phone. I arrived to the restaurant and was not greeted for 4 minutes when the lady I talked to on the phone saw me, said something (I couldn’t hear her well) but it sounded like she shouted oh my god. She then looked away and started aggressively doing other things (such as turning up the volume on the TV to 60 and slamming things) which I then waited even longer after she looked at me. A person who I think was doing DoorDash arrived and she went up to him and started talking with him like I wasn’t even there when I was there way before him and now waited a few more minutes at this point. I’ve never felt more disrespected and I never write reviews but this attitude was disgusting. I live also not even 5 minutes away and the food was ice cold. The only reason I’m giving a 3 is because the man (who I assume is the owner/manager) is amazing and always takes care of me or my mom when we come in.

Really enjoyed this! They have a dish that is half pizza and half calzone, it is perfect! About a third of the dough is turned over and filled with calzone filling and then you still get four decent slices when you order a large. I’ve never seen that before. The salad was super fresh and the service was great.

Ordered on doordash. The worst pizza I have ever had. Soggy, absolutely no taste, threw the entire mess away. Never again. It didnt even feel like it was cooked!!!

I have yet to sit down and eat a meal here, only bcuz I always order pizza, salad, and occasionally some bbq wings. The atmosphere inside looks very cozy and comfortable. I’ll be sure to have a sit down one day.
John’s House Special pizza is amazing. As a Greek pizza lover, John’s Best is the ONLY substitute for what I’d rather have. Full of the flavor combinations I like, and just the right cook time for a House Special.
I do have one not so positive comment, and that’s bout the salad.
Vegetables, fresh! Portion for the price, excellent!
I can do without the puddle of water that pools in the bottom of the container. If I can remember to drain the water before I mix the salad then my croutons won’t get soggy. I’m willing to meet John’s halfway on this topic bcuz everything else is absolutely top notch!!

Going to John’s Best is like going to your friends restaurant. They are relaxed, friendly and you feel authentically welcomed. Food is outstanding. The pizza crust had an amazing crunchy bottom and chewy texture. Pizza sauce was excellent. It was not overly seasoned, it had a rich flavor and enough body to round out the toppings, without over powering them. Chicken wings were very good. They were well cooked and well sauced! I was very impressed with the entire experience.

Our waitress with the purple hair was attentive, worked quickly, and was very pleasant the entire time. We enjoyed her service throughout our meal and her suggestions! We were able to have a delicious meal and not break our wallet, which is a rarity today! We will definitely be going there more often.

Ordered several times: got the calzone pizza, the stuffed meat lover’s, and a standard pepperoni. All were PHENOMENAL. Amazing crust, ricotta was to die for in the calzone, and the stuffed pizza was simply one of the best I’ve ever had. A smidge pricey, but the ingredients are top notch and portion sizes are very generous. A+, 5 stars, will definitely be ordering again.

Service and restaurant are friendly… when the food comes is a different story. Ordered thru grub hub-philly cheese steak, meatballs, and a slice of cheese pizza. The pizza flowed like a river with all of the cheese and sauce falling off as i pick it up, no hard crust aka spine. Philly cheese steak had no philly(onions and peppers). Meat balls were meh, sauce was the best part. Ive been coming here for years and dont want to stop. Please thoroughly look at the order slips before finishing the order chefs. All love but you guys are better than that.
