Visiting from Charlotte and we are vegans so was looking for all vegan restaurants near by, came across this and it didn’t disappoint.

I’m not a fan of sweet so Brussel sprouts were not favorite but everything else we ordered was just yummmm!

They don’t miss! Excellent variety, unique flavors and delicious dishes. I love that this place exists for the plant based foodies and baby vegans. Totally worth a visit or two or three! The staff and owner are also really nice and courteous and can make great suggestions if you have no idea what to try. Pictured are some of our go to faves!

This place is a real gem. The food tasted amazing, and I’m so grateful to have found this lovely vegan restaurant. They use creative meat alternatives instead of “beyond” or “impossible” (etc) products and I really appreciate it.

• Brussel Sprouts had an incredible maple and miso drizzle that was to die for and were extra crispy and flakey. I will be dreaming about these for weeks.
• The Dip was so well put together with birria marinated shiitake and had a chile garlic kick. They put pickled onions and lime on the side — definitely add that on your sandwich.
• Tiramisu was SO creamy being made with a sunflower mascarpone (vegan AND nut free!) The biscoff, espresso, and cocoa gives it a nice lightly sweet balance.
• Parm Truffle Fries = Perfection. Plus a unique and tasty rosemary aioli for dipping.

I drove 1,086.9 miles to try the food here and it did not disappoint. My favorite was the Maple Miso Brussels, The Philly, & Parm Truffle Fries. The atmosphere of the whole building is so cool and everyone is friendly & helpful.

One of the best Vegan meals we have had. Being homesteaders from WA. and vegan it’s difficult to find any places that understand what fresh food is. We had the Ruben with truffle fries, and the Philly with no animal fries. Just incredible food.
Arron & Isabella is were incredible, what a humble and kind person. We asked for her name instead she wanted to give Arron credit (owner).

Wow. Just wow. This spot was fire. I’m not used to going to a vegan place where everything tastes good. The tacos were incredible. That Philly sandwich was bomb. And those brussels sprouts… Plus it was Tequila Tuesday at the bar next-door and they do Spicy Margaritas and play the games??? I love this Joint. You won’t be disappointed.

What a delight to find this plant based/vegan restaurant in the center of town on our recent visit to Colorado Springs. We really enjoyed our choices and look forward to coming back once they’ve added in their pizza place. I saw that another review mentioned tiramisu… I hope to come one time when they have that. 🙂 We absolutely love the crispy brussels sprouts – – done well this is one of the best foods on earth and this fits the bill. The tacos were a little spicy for me, but my dining companion loved them and gobbled them up. We both really enjoyed the fried plantains. The sauce on top was a little distracting for me, as I love the taste of pure plantains, so I will just remember to order it on the side next time. We will definitely come back and I encourage everyone to try this place. The food is very heavy/satiating, especially what we got, so I don’t recommend going to the gym afterwards like we did. Maybe a nice nap. I’d love to see some higher protein options on the menu; I bet the chefs could do great things with tofu or tempeh.
