I ordered a bacon mac & cheese bread bowl. Instead, I received regular mac & cheese with two of the world’s hardest baguettes, since their oven was “broken”. This location is PATHETIC.

This is the most convenient location to me but the last few times it has disappointed….my egg sandwich took 11 minutes and bread was slightly burnt. They were out of egg souflees at 9:15am and the entire place needs a good cleaning. If in this area the Bridgeville location is much better with friendly staff and what feels like a better atmosphere to me.

It was great as always but the cashier nor the kid getting our food could answer any questions about the food. All the kids working were to worried about talking to each other rather than the customers unless it was a friend of theirs in there.

Not sure when this place started feeling a bit sad, but wow. I thought the lack of anger employee engagement to saying “thank you” or trying to confirm I was picking up the right order (dead. Silence.) Then the bagels being sliced to the point I can only describe the bagels as “chipped” but the real kicker was my $12 sandwich that looks like it should be in the dollar menu.
Used to love this place, but it’s pretty rough around the edges at this point.

Nice staff very quick wait times here. BOMB smoothies and Sammie’s. Always get the you pick two. Clean location and never any issues here!! Can’t go wrong w a frontega chicken panini and some soup <3 today I got the turkey club with brocollie cheddar soup in a bread bowl w a green smoothie yumma

Kids always enjoy the Mac and cheese and service was fast because the line was short but my salad was just sad (see pic) with wilted lettuce and sub par ingredients. Dine in area was clean. Also, it would be great if the menu had more information (what is in a Baja bowl?).

I was going to give this place five stars, but when my date received her order, not only was the bread stale, but a piece of hair was found (left side) on her plate, and it’s too dark to be hers.

As a frequent Panera customer, I have visited many locations and I have concluded this is the best one. Consistent, clean, fast, and friendly staff. All of the other Paneras need to learn from this one…I am talking to you Montour Church Place Panera!
