Upon walking in the store the man with a pony tail and NO hairnet/beardnet was yelling and cursing about the store being too busy. He had a very sore attitude with customers and employees.

Place order online door dasher Maykeling picked up my order text me that he was here wanted me to come out which I did but wanted me to walk around to look for him stood outside for over 5 minutes and he closed order saying it was handed to me not at my door it was not. Then I called the store and asked for a refund the manager lady says will I will try to remember to refund you once we slow down. Not sure how that works will you did not take none of my information down

Ordered tonight 12/2 around 9p.m for carry-out. It’s ok depending on the day of the week. Basic pizza. Staff was ok I guess tonight. Asked for a well done thin crust six cheese tuscan pizza, they did good. My order was ready on time. Will go back

Ordered dinner for delivery (I almost exclusively order for pickup but didn’t want to leave the house). Our first order went out in a timely manner but the delivery driver never actually delivered the pizzas. I called in and a replacement order was made and sent out. From the time we placed our order until the time we actually had food delivered was close to 2 hours. I was contacted by the manager to make things right and will be going back (for pick up) again.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. Prepaid and pre tipped for delivery. Delivery person knocked and left the order on the floor. Its shocking that they didnt even wait the ten seconds it took me to unlock the door and open it. Opened the box to find the sauces pressed into the pizza. I will say I am a picky person, but that is why I love Papa John’s in general: their quality and level of service is usually top-notch. This is definitely below standard for any Papa John’s that I’ve ever been to.

I ordered two different pizzas and one of them come back where quite a bit of the toppings are missing one whole slice has like no toppings whatsoever and the other one is just half of its crust like this is the worst pizza I’ve ever seen put out by Papa John’s and I worked for the company. Then, when I tried to call (10 times I might add) it would ring once or twice and then hang up on me. This is not a good way to do business and I’m not real happy with the store.

Ordered two pizza through here and they used a DoorDash driver who didn’t speak any English and could not find our house. After 30 minutes going back and forth with the driver he hung up and stopped responding. We then tried to call the store many times and were hung up on after one ring every time, so we had to drive to the store after paying for tip and delivery. After two hours they only gave us a refund and 50% off after all of these troubles. This should deem a free order unacceptable.

Next time a driver doesn’t have change (even just 5 dollars) im going to take my order and tell the driver to file “did not have change” claim on the order. I will revice my food, and the driver will get no cash at all. Sick of the cheap service and these lame drivers thinking the deserve enormous tips. I will do this every single time they pretend not to have change.
