We used to LOVE this Little Caesars and order from here all the time! The food was always cooked perfectly and the staff was good enough. The last handful of months the food has been atrocious! Nothing is fully cooked and on TWO separate occasions we’ve gotten pizzas that weren’t even cut. They also have not put all the toppings on some of the pizzas that have been ordered, which is essentially stealing from their customers. The desk staff is completely unprofessional now and seem to have a real problem with you giving them money for their product. We have not been back over the last few months. We go to another Little Caesars in the next town over now to avoid this. Such a shame, because we used to love it here.

Having to write this review genuinely saddens me. This used to be the best Little Caesars I have ever gone to anywhere, seriously. My family would order from here weekly. During football season sometimes multiple times weekly. About six months ago it changed into a nightmare. Our pizza and breads are never cooked all the way through. The staff now has changed and they have little to no customer service skills. We would order extra cheese and they would literally give us less cheese than regular cheese on our pizza. I gave them multiple chances before I started getting pizza from other towns. I hope that corporate or higher management does something to fix this because Ozark doesn’t have that many affordable options anymore.

Waited over an hour after the estimated “ready” time for an online order made about an hour before I showed up. I was waiting with no less than 8 other customers, waiting for online orders and witnessed no less than 3 order cancelations because of the massive delays.
Half our order was hot, half the order was room temp.
Pictured is their “Extra Most Best Cheese”. The only thing “most” about it was the crispy crust. To get charged more and have this presented, that’s not quality, nor is it right.
If the manager or shift lead was there, I couldn’t tell you who it was — no sense of direction or ownership. They’re severely understaffed, no awareness of the customers waiting for orders they’re backed up on. No system for the backlog of people waiting.
I understand things get busy, and hectic… but clean the sauce up on the ceiling too, please. It was there in the same spots as last time (a week or two ago). Gross.

When we got there, no one else was there except one pick-up lady waiting for someone’s order. After we ordered, several other people came in and got their orders before us and left. There was a guy who ordered ahead who came in, used a self-serve machine where you scan a QR code to get your food, the door opened, and there was no food in there. The pick-up lady had her food put into a self-serve, the lady behind the counter didn’t even tell her it was ready for her to check it out of the box. The lady behind the counter also tried to give food to the wrong people multiple times. We ended up waiting 30 mins for order because I think ours went to someone else. Behind the counter was a mess! Gross seeing all the pepperoni all over the floor and trash over flowing where they prepare your food.

Ordered 2 pizzas, 2 crazy breads, and some wings from here on 8/4/25. One of the pizzas and the wings were fine but the second pizza that was supposed to have jalapeños on one half and ham on the other, had both toppings on the entire pizza and it was undercooked. Also, the crazy bread was only partially cooked with raw dough still inside. We ended up having to finish cooking the crazy bread in order to eat it. I feel like the staff either needs to be trained better on how to build a pizza to order or pay better attention to the orders that come in. I live far enough away that it wasn’t worth the gas to drive back to rectify the situation but I will probably not be going back to this location.

2 out of 3 pizzas were not made correctly. Had to drive all the way back to reorder. Then one pizza that was fixed came out and we had to wait an additional 15+ minutes for the second to be made. The employee at the front desk was kind and seemed to do the best he could since there were at least 4 other customers who had to have their orders re done as well. My portal order was to be ready at 7:50z. It is now 9:04 and I am just leaving with my order.
