The staff was extremely helpful and efficient when I paid for my food and drink. They told me where I could find my mobile order. I ordered both a breakfast sandwich with 2x cheese. The breakfast sandwich was sad. Looks like a mini bagel and there was no cheese. The spinach I requested was fulfilled with 4 leaves. The food tasted fine but was incorrect and sad. Not sure what’s happening, but I have never experienced this odd food quality.

Ordered Chicken Ranch BACON quesadilla. 1st visit no bacon. Called spoke to James, very polite, ok’d remake. 2nd visit no bacon. At this point I will just drive the few extra miles to go to the one on Broad, maybe they can get it right. It’s watery, like the meat wasn’t drained. Gross.

This Wawa location is consistently disappointing when it comes to mobile orders. I always place my order well in advance, and even when I arrive 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time, my food is never ready.
The point of a mobile order is to save time, but I end up waiting longer here than if I had just ordered inside. It feels like the mobile orders aren’t even started until the customer walks in the door. The staff seems overwhelmed, and there’s no system in place to ensure orders are prepared on time.
I’ve given this location multiple chances, but the issue happens every single time. It’s incredibly frustrating and makes me want to take my business elsewhere.

Normally don’t write reviews but I definitely got time today. Went to the Wawa on staples mill to get a burrito wrap and I put it in and hit the special order button because I want avocado but I didn’t want it on the burrito itself. When I paid and came back my burrito was already made and I asked the guy did he put it on the wrap he said he did and I told him I put it in as a special because I didn’t like it on the wrap. He was like well its up there and I already made it. I asked him to remake it because that’s not how I wanted it. He had a attitude about it. Remade my order and gave me the smallest amount of avocado on the side when I asked him about it he said that’s how much that comes in there and that I would have to pay for another one which is insane. Ended up going to the new wawa on broad street to get avocado to go with my burrito. The one on the left is what the other store gave me compared to the staples mill on the right. Im just happy he didn’t spit in my food. Need better workers if they gonna be dealing with peoples food.

I understand it was lunch rush but 20 mins for a sub is unacceptable. I also asked for it to be toasted and it wasn’t. I’ve given this location too many chances. Even when they are slow and there’s not a lot of customers, you’re waiting at least 5-8 mins for a sub.

Food is always fresh and good, but the employees making the food could learn sense of urgency. Its fine to gossip and chat when its slow, but even when there are several customers waiting on their order, they will stop what they are doing to chat and gossip. Today the guy stopped mid-wrapping a sandwich to use his hands to gossip about another employee calling out. One time I saw my order sitting behind the tape for 10 minutes, and they pushed it forward and called my number even after it had been ready for so long. I didnt say anything because I didnt want to start a confrontation, but it was frustrating.
