Went to pick up my chipotle order and when I came home this is what I opened to. Barely any food. This is not what my food have looked like if I ordered in store. Shame to see that chipotle has gone down hill. Waste of my money.

My fiancé and I have frequented this establishment more times than I can count. On every single occasion, we’ve been met with a poor experience of some sort. We’ve ordered pick-up in the past, but quit doing that due to our food being taken on more than on occasion from the pick-up area before we even got there to get it. So, when that happens, we had to wait for our food to be made again. We’ve had grace on your establishment, in hopes we’d have better experiences, but on each of our visits, we’ve encountered many inconveniences. There have been times we’ve not even been able to sit down to eat because not one table was clean. The place has no pride taken in its appearance – trash cans heaping full to the point you can’t even put anything more into them, litter and food scattered all over the floor, there are multiple times we have visited and you’ve been out of lettuce or other main ingredients on your menu, and I could go on, but I don’t have time for that. I’d like to see this place look like the people who work there care about the environment and atmosphere being provided. All around, I’ve been disappointed far too many times to keep returning. It’s a shame to see something so good go bad. Perhaps it’s time to realize that if nothing changes, then nothing changes.

I have to first say I would not bad mouth any place of business. Just believe in growth and higher potential/standards. Have been here several times and will continue to come. Food is great and the line moves. I can say that I would have no problem holding up the line for them to even say we are taking 5 mins or less to work as a team change gloves, restock food, wipe down tables, check the supplies and make sure the needs are ready for all our customers. Whatever it may take I believe with 7 people here at 8 pm at night there is more than enough hands to take care of what is needed in the areas that need some attention.

Your typical Chipotle. We stop here about twice a year when traveling across the Midwest. Easy to access, easy to find parking, and nice folk who work here.

I just ordered a burrito and they completely messed up my order. I tried calling them and they don’t answer and when they do it is their robot and I just wasted my money to be honest. I got peppers in my burrito when I’m allergic. And my tortilla was so dry that it was crusting apart let alone my food was cold, but it’s always cold if you doordash

Visited the other day for the first-time in a long while and ordered a chicken bowl with fried rice, veggies, queso and shredded cheese. I added chips and salsa and a watermelon limeade. Everything was very tasty. The price seemed a little steep. I would recommend stopping here occasionally.
