We bought chicken today and it tasted disgusting. It tasted like it was fried in oil that hadn’t been changed for a day or more. The crust was burnt and dry, so you had to peel it off. Even the inside was saturated with a rancid taste. My family couldn’t even finish one piece; this kind of food would probably give you food poisoning. I’ve always loved KFC and rarely write negative reviews, but today, specifically at your branch, the food quality was 0 stars. It’s a shame I can’t return this order, and if you continue this way, you’ll lose your customers.

Worst KFC in Jersey. Been waiting at the front and no one ever comes to help the customers. Don’t shop at this location. Everyone walks by and says nothing at all. Employees come to the front will look at you and still say nothing at all. This is the worst KFC location in New Jersey. Employees are rude and never help at the front. One employee refused to give me an order to take a picture of the receipt holding me up from delivering to the customer. I’ll never take orders for here again. Shut this location down. Go to the location in Avenel or East Brunswick. Shut this location down.

I see this place gets alot of poor reviews. My experience differed, but I only ordered a single chicken sandwich for pick up. Service and pick up was fast and friendly. I was greated and asked how I could be helped. Gentleman behind the counter was prompt and ready with my order. I did hear a sweet young lady assisting another customer, she was polite and attentive. Sandwich was good, as expected, same as all the other KFC sandwiches I’ve ordered. Thank you for the good experience. Will visit for service again.

This is the worst kfc I ever been too, merch. Please don’t make the same decision I did by going here. Just take the extra 10 minute drive and go to the next one, I beg you. I ordered the 12 piece honey bbq wings and these folks “ran of you the honey bbq sauce”. How do you run out off that? Then the lady gone give me 4 bbq dips for 12 wings like that’s gonna be enough. And just like all the other reviews imma tell yall it took them forever to make my food. I made this account just so I can write a review about this terrible kfc. Avoid this location at all costs. I ordered just an 8 piece nugg no side and it took them 30 minutes. I went through the drive thru mind you, & they told me they would bring it to my car if i parked. Had i not gone into the store it would have taken longer than 30 minutes. This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. I will definitely not ever be going back, not worth the trouble

This experience took too long! We decided to go to KFC as we waited for AAA. The restaurant was disgusting. Tables and floors were dirty! Yet, we did order food. It took longer than expected. The only good thing was that the guy who delivered our food was extremely cordial.

While I waited 35 minutes for a small order there were 3 repeat 3 customers that stormed out of there in anger. I used the kiosk so my food wouldn’t get screwed up. The woman behind tge counter argued with all of them and ever yelled m, “God i hate people!”. With all the bad reviews you’d think KFC corp would investigate this location.
